Even though the store is under $5 the savings are monumental on mostly quality items that are from wholesale buyouts. Awesome that we have this in our community!

I was at the Hyannis location on Saturday evening June 25th. The store was clean and well stocked. Between mine and my teenage daughters purchases, I went to the register multiple times. The first couple times I was helped by a young employee in training. He did a great job. I noticed he was getting praise from his supervisor. I immediately started a chat with the supervisor ( I’ve been a supervisor for over 20 years ), and shared that I was impressed by her positivity. Turns out she had been covering shifts for others and she was working open to close that day. Not only was she giving great service to her customers, she was on her A game in training AND supervising. Her name was Revee. Thanks for being great Revee.

I love this place!!! It's awesome my daughter and I love to go there like once a month to see the new items they have. The concept is great just as great as the Dollar Tree ....you can find good stuff affordable price... you really can't go wrong. Especially if you live on a budget. And the staff is very helpful and friendly. 🖒😊

Such great people that work there. One girl expressed just how much she loves her bosses, that’s rare. No matter what question I asked this lady, lia, knew every product in the store or where I could go and find a product that five below didn’t carry. I came into the store so frustrated and left there grinning, ear to ear, feeling refreshed. Excellent customer service skills. Lia genuinely cared about selling my family a good product that suited our needs. I’ll absolutely be back, I hope she is working again.

Neat little store for quick kids presents. They carry many select items that are exclusive to this merchant frozen II items, and Ryan items. Craft section for kids is large but read contents of packages.

I just went into five below and the woman who rang me out I believe She said her name was rivae hopefully I got it right she was amazing she was so happy and upbeat her customer service was outstanding!!

I love this store!! I can find all my headphones, phone chargers, and usb cords super cheap and they have the best selection of funny t-shirts.
