Titan Roofing was absolutely wonderful to work with. They stayed in touch each step of the way (with us and with insurance) and were the most caring and professional roofing team we have ever had the pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond for us and we recommend them for any and all roofing needs. There truly is not enough space to say how wonderful and stress free they made this experience. Their knowledge, experience, professionalism and compassion for the project is second to none.

This winter Titan made us aware of hail damage on our flat roof. They explained what the roof needed, offered to work with our insurance company and covered some of our deductible.
Working with Titan was an excellent experience. Their knowledge about roofs, their experience working with insurance made the decision to use them easy.

I would highly recommend Titan Roofing to anyone, and specifically their project managers Doni and Doug Calvert. They were very helpful with the entire process and made everything seamless. I had never filed an insurance claim before so it was extremely reassuring to have them work with my insurance company directly. I was in the loop and aware of every step from start to finish. They made great recommendations for our roof and what worked best for our house. Overall it was a great experience with a quick turnaround. We are very happy with our brand new roof!! Following a severe hailstorm that destroyed many roofs in our neighborhood, multiple neighbors referred me to Adam Henson with Titan Roofing. I had already filed a claim, and our adjuster had sent out a young, surly inspector who called me "Hon" and reported back that he saw NO hail damage. Grrr!

Adam verified that the roof DID need replacing, and recommended that I request a re-inspection. This time, Adam marked all the damage in chalk ahead of time, met with the inspector and climbed up on the roof with him. The inspector agreed with him, and our claim was approved.

Titan Roofing uses the same software as many insurance companies, and Adam assured us that all we would pay would be our deductible - true. Once our solar panels were removed, Adam scheduled our roofing job, which was completed in one day by a swarm of cheerful roofers. The roof looks great, and we've gotten many compliments on Titan's work. Adam has gone above and beyond, even after the sale was made, and has earned further praise from the friends I've referred to him.

We used Titan Roofing when we reshingled our house in Feb 2024. Everything went so smoothly and as promised - work done on time and in one day, and the finished roof not only looks great but functions well. Our salesman Scott went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken of, from working with the insurance company to final details like paint touch ups. Highly recommend Titan and working with Scott.

Doug and Doni were so outstanding to have help with my roof! They handled dealing with the insurance company (which is a nightmare for me to try and do), and even got my entire roof paid for by insurance!! My new roof is beautiful and also has a great warranty!

My house is old (built in the 30s) and Scott came out, on time, and was very honest. Said my roof was showing signs of age but didn’t need attention just yet. The fact that he was honest and didn’t try to sell me anything shows me how honest these guys are. Titan did an oustanding job upon greeting, explanation, and achieving the goal, as far replacing my roof. I'm very much new to this whole process. Logan however went above and beyond by explaining and conducting a inspection for hail and wind damage. We have a flat roof and we don't have 20,000 laying around to replace it. But with Logans guidance we were able to get our home a brand new roof with our homeowners insurances proceeds. I didn't believe it but two months later my house looks gorgeous with a brand new foam roof. We would highly recommend Titan Roofing AZ for anyone looking for new roof. we had a massive storm come through the neighborhood and thank goodness our neighbor is a roofing contractor. Kevin was out helping all of the elderly folks here clean up the debris and handing out his business cards that’s how we found him. We had no idea how to even start the process of claiming an insurance claim (we’ve never had to in AZ) We are so grateful for him and all his help AND with being very communicative along the way.
