Dr. Tim C. Knecht, DMD

Both my children have gone here. My 3 year old had an amazing first experience and we are keeping them as our primary dentist. The staff is very kind and they do a thorough job.

Dr. Knecht, is the only dentist I see. He lets you know what he's going to do before he does it. Very Professional and the staff is very helpful and polite.

I have seen Dr. Knecht multiple times . It bothered me to see a bad review as him and his staff have always been very professional. As for the office, has always been very clean . I’ve always had a good experience at this dentist office .

Switched dentist due to unprofessional behaviors of staff, wait times and not explaining things. Continuous mistakes on scheduling and last appt I was there for almost two hours for cleaning and X-rays but then wouldn’t do my cleaning due them stating I needed an extra cleaning that had to be approved by insurance although when Dr Tim came in and checked teeth he said everything looks great. Nobody wanted to explain and when I asked about wanting my cleaning done before I left, since I had been there almost two hours, one of the office support ladies became VERY unprofessional, threw her hands up in an aggressive way and said she would get the hygienist. To top it off when I switched they are unable to send my X-rays to new dentist so I’ll most likely have to pay and get new ones completed.

My daughter had a took ache for a week. I tried calling through out the day, during business hours, no answer, so I made the appointment online, for 3:30. We arrive at 3:30, and they say it was at 3 and they can't take her and that their website isn't always correct, she was also very unprofessional and rude about the situation. Their lobby was nasty also, the seats looked disgusting.

Dr. Tim C is good but my coworkers are unprofessional because they make my teeth infection I need to out my two teeth
