Needed to send a package threw ups but had a problem with the label. The men were very nice and tried to help me.

Quickly tested my old battery and installed a new one for me, fast and friendly service. I was in and out in probably 30 minutes and that was even with one of the employees being trained by the other on the procedure. Will be back, thanks!

The sales associates at Advance Auto Parts on US 31W Bypass are absolutely awesome! I always have a great shopping experience and they are always knowledgeable and helpful, without fail. During my last visit, I was needing to grab some Permatex Gasket Maker for someone & as soon as I walked in the door and asked about the product, I was lead straight to the selection of Permatex items PLUS the sales associate stayed to help me find the exact item I needed (without me even asking him to). That's what I call excellent service.

The guys that helped me were friendly, hilarious and absolutely GREAT!!! They helped me with everything that I needed and the price was cheaper than the other auto stores I called. I will definitely be back!!

I had a wonderful experience. My battery was dead and so I went in to get a new one. I only know how to jump a car, so my knowledge is pretty limited when it comes to batteries and cars. But when I got up to the register, I told them what I needed, they asked me what kind of car I had, and within five minutes I'd bought the right battery. Then I needed it installed and they were able to do that within 10. I will definitely be going back here! They were so kind and efficient.

They crew at the Bypass location are amazing! They deliver parts to us surprisingly fast. If they don't have something in stock they get it to us as fast as they can, so far we haven't waited more than the next morning for a part which has made it possible for us to be quick and reliable for our customers!

After trying to backout yesterday a lady parked across both handycap spots and when I said thats bad parking she replied its ok i work here have a nice day. So apparently if you work sonwhere its ok to brake the law and to inconvenience people who are disabled
