Gary Force Preowned

I found a used MKZ that we were interested in on the Internet. Filled out the information and was contacted by Chris Shelton. We had excellent communication with Chris and he did everything to assist us because we lived over 2 1/2 hours away from Bowling Green. We trusted his opinions and made the trip. The vehicle was as promised and in excellent condition and purchased the vehicle. Gary Force put new Hankook tires on the vehicle and changed the PTU fluid upon request. I did find out later that a speaker was blown but wasn’t worried about it because a $100 at Crutchfield got new ones. The Revel audio system is really good. We would definitely recommend Gary Force and Chris Shelton.

Had oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment done at Gary Force Honda Pre-owned service area. Did not make an appointment (my bad) so it took a couple of hours. Waiting area very clean. Was kept current on status of work being done. Very pleasant people as well as knowledgeable. Thanks.

Was there to get my license plate replaced on my vehicle I bought and couldn’t stand but to look around the office and it’s so dirty and nasty had this stain running down this desk it’s as if they don’t clean! Overall nice people just kinda gross in there! Carpets had crumbs on them windows were dirty had stains on the desks and that’s the desk that you sit in front of it’s gross! They need to clean better!

Worst place you can go to try to make a deal.. especially if you try to trade in. My recommendation is not to go here.. because they laterally show me the door after I said that they are offered way low for my trade in.
