After having a new refrigerator installed I noticed the next day water on the floor. I called the installer and he then contacted his supervisor who called me and was on his way out. Clif Backey ~Product installation manager and Enrique Lopez~Product installation manager arrived and we realized the water line faucet was leaking and it was not the hook up from the refrigerator. They immediately went to Home Depot and picked up some parts and fixed the issue. Clif and Enrique went above and beyond and I thank you so much!

Ricky and Javier just dropped off a large piece of furniture moments ago. They were very professional, careful with the furniture, and placed the item exactly where it needed to go. Throughout the process they were careful with the ceiling heights, the step into the entry way, and again they were very cautious with this large piece of furniture. Definitely would ask for them again and they can absolutely be trusted with quality work and care!!!! Thank you, guys!

Hopefully the companies that contract out to you will see these reviews. Your service is a disappointment and I hope my request to Whirlpool that you are denied payment actually happens. I'm not interested in speaking with you so, your standard reply to upset customers to call you means nothing. Be better people, hire more intelligent individuals and don't be so greedy.

Absolute nightmare! I can’t believe Costco works with them. Installation was incomplete and unsatisfactory. The blade fell off the “brand new” dishwasher. Worst company ever!

Soon to be on the scrap heap after the buyout. They knew it was happening but hired on more people to go down with the ship with them.
