Unfortunately our youngest brother passed away in July of 2023. None of the family lived in the Arizona area so finding an Attorney to represent us long distance was scary. Our fears were quickly put to rest after my preliminary conference call with Ryan Hodges.

The first encounter I had with Jackson White was with Colton Johnson. Colt was not my attorney, he was my fiduciary's attorney, and he ultimately did a masterful job of facilitating a complicated and difficult guardianship and conservatorship that went beyond the scope my attorney's abilities. I was extremely grateful that he was part of my extended team. If I had to do either a guardianship or a conservatorship again I would definitely pick Colt to be my attorney.
When it came time to probate my mother's estate there was no question that I was going to transition to Ryan Hodges. Again
this became a difficult situation when other family members hired an attorney to challenge her will. After many emails and

My mothers parents died about a month apart. They had a Will done and identified my mother as the personal representative so we were in need of someone to assist with the probate process. This was the first time we dealt with death and the aftermath of it on a personal level and it was all overwhelming and confusing. After completing about 3 consults we decided on Jackson White, attorney Ryan Hodges because their fees were lower, he explained things in a way that was easy to understand versus the other consults we did, also as a nice coincidence my mothers parents completed their Will at the same law firm in the 90s. Ryan was helpful throughout the whole process, he gave step by step instructions and when we didn't understand something or had a question (which felt like a lot) he was always responsive to our emails and had some phone call exchange as well (my mother isn't good at technology). The process can be very frustrating dealing with banks, notaries, realtors, IRS, DMV etc. We had lots of little hiccups, the largest including with the Title Agency for the sale of the house (no fault of Ryan's) but he helped ASAP to resolve the barrier so we could proceed with the house sale without issue. My mother felt he was a very nice person. We would recommend Ryan Hodges at Jackson White Law firm.
