I've been shopping in this store for years. Great quality amd product worth the price. I have boots that I bought from here that are 15 years old amd still look like new. Customer service is excellent. You can find everything you need here.

I had a great experience shopping here. The staff is extremely helpful, welcoming, and friendly. I love how the staff treats customers like close friends. Very personable. The store is clean and very spacious. It is also two floors and the clothing options are absolutely gorgeous! I bought so many cute items! It is also decorated for Christmas. I love the decorations. I will definitely be returning.

Tailor 5⭐ Today I went with my wife to buy some perfumes at this store. we met a salesman named Taylor he is in the men's area at the perfumery. Taylor was pretty nice and profesional hi gave us very good recommendations and gave us step by step in our purchase thank you very much for having salespeople as prepared as he.

Had a very good shopping experience here thanks to a woman named Meredith! She was very helpful with her accessorie ideas and was so nice and polite . I'll definitely be coming back to shop again thanks to her kindness. Definitely recommend

Kudos to Alex at my Greentree Dillards store in southern indiana. She is always, exuberant and personal. She helped me •most recently• with a new Brahmin purse-going out of her way to inform me when it went on sale. Love my new blue bag 💙

Such an amazing store, lots to choose from. Great material, and over all good products. The only bad thing is that the staff working on the day I went was rude. And not helping at all. I would come a million times, cuz they are using very nice and helping.

Good personal customer service.

I stopped by over the weekend to grab a couple of sport coats for work, and luckily for me they were having their 50% off tailored clothing sale. They were pretty swamped in the tailored section for that reason but Chase- the employee working that department- provided the best customer service and balanced all of his customers exceptionally well. I knew what size I needed in a sport coat, but he wanted to measure to make sure I looked my best. He helped me find the colors and patterns I like, and did one last measure before sending them off to the tailor to be altered a bit.

If you’re looking for tailored men’s clothing, I would definitely check out Dillard’s and ask for Chase. He’ll get you taken care of!

The Dillard’s in Bowling Green, KY is outstanding. The escalator was down but there was always someone there to show you were the elevator was or to help you go up/down the stairs. Every department someone was there and wanting to assist you with your shopping.

I had great service. After being there for only a few minutes a dillards employee approached me and offered to help. I told her what I was looking for and she started shopping just as I would combing through the racks of differently priced items and eventually found exactly what I was looking for. Great experience I'll definitely be a returning customer!

Lisa in the cologne/ perfume section is so kind and friendly. Give that girl a raise lol. And to the gentleman who i guess is secret security always follows me around The polo section, I can buy 1 of each item so please stop. I know you recognize me so why???? Next time I'll have to say something. I have 1.6 million views on Google reviews and I'm about to show a million people that you judge. Rant over

They have an excellent variety of formal dresses, which I was looking for. Saleswoman was great. I told her what I was looking for and she just kept finding dresses for me!

This is the place to buy your cologne. They are always happy to help and usually very knowledgeable about all the fragrances.

Employees are nice and friendly. There are expensive things here but the sales are good.

Joni was amazing!! I finally found a bra that fit! I had been told for years that I was a certain size until Joni told me what my real size was! Highly recommend!!

Me and my dad come here to get good deals. Store is always clean, bathrooms are a little compacted but clean. Cashiers are always nice.

If you ever need a great suit go and see Stanley in the men’s department at Dillards! He is very knowledgeable and has the very best customer service!!
