Stopped into Los Volcanes on the strength of the reviews, and I agree it's a pretty darn good taco. They opened promptly at 11 am and were sitting folks with music pumping. Water and chips came out quickly. Menu is fairly straightforward, but feel free to ask what something is. The taco chicas are small street tacos with onions and cilantro. I had almost all of them just to try the flavors, and they all were good. I removed some on the onions, though. Rice was flavorful, and the salsa for the chips was good. Overall, a good lunch!

Los Volcanes has hands down some of the, if not the best tacos in Bowling Green. They are so flavorful and the sauces they have make them even better. Very authentic street style tacos. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

$1 street tacos on Tuesday is a killer deal. Everything I've had there is good. Although the red salsa is pretty bland, they have a couple of other bottles they sit on the table which spice it up. Try the green stuff!

When we entered, we were greeted right away We were seated, and then offered to drinks. The food was amazing. The food is perfect. I would definitely suggest you go there and try. I had amazing time. My belly was full perfect food

Very cool spot, not busy during the afternoon but gets so during the evening. Great $1 tacos on Tuesday— they’re not the #1 tacos in town but absolutely can’t be beat for the price.

On my first visit I got the Volcano Combo, which included three tacos with a choice of chicken, steak or pork (I got one of each), guacamole, pico de gallo, and chips. The tacos were all delicious, the guac and pico were also good, and so were the chips and salsa that came with our meals. My friend got the Burrito Barzon, which she got with chicken filling and topped with queso, pineapple, shrimp and chorizo. I couldn't believe my eyes because it was the biggest burrito I've ever seen! I tried some of it, and it was so good, that's what I plan to get next time. Service was fast, friendly and attentive. There are a lot of Mexican restaurants in Bowling Green competing for your business, but you need to try this one.

Really good food. I got the fajitas salad. The meat was excellent and the vegetables were fresh. Tried the tortas; also delicious. The Sandy Especiale was nicely done, as well. The wait staff was attentive and our food arrived quickly. This is our new favorite in Bowling Green.

It's also a bar on Friday and Saturday nights. Spanish music some English but all come and welcome. My favorite weekend spot.

First time to BG and our hotel recommended here for authentic Mexican cuisine. This place did not disappoint one bit.

I was out of town for work and I stopped in to try it out for dinner. I would highly recommend, the food and service were fantastic!

Had a sampling with a group at lunch today; food and decor were authentic as were the proud owners who were there to greet us. Not a fancy establishment, but a great experience! I will go again.

This is hands down the best Mexican food in town. It's the best I've had from all across America. The restaurant isn't fancy but the food is phenomenal and the drinks are heavy on the alcohol. What more could you ask for? 5/5 you'll love it, seriously.

Really great Mexican food that's not your typical cheap Mexican menu with combo platters and drowned enchiladas. Here you will find authentic meats fresh veggies and inexpensive combos. This is a local joint for dining in or take out. The street tacos and sopas are my favorite. Steak chorizo, al pastor, along with delicious buche and, cachete are all recommended options. They also do really good nachos and tortas again with your choice of meat. There is a full bar serving Mexican beers and margaritas. Some nights they also have really good karaoke! If you are craving some good inexpensive but authentic Mexican this is your spot.

Its within walking distance of my house. Very small menu but everything is cooked fresh to order. Growing up in Las Vegas, the food here is very authentic to what I remember. Prices could be a little high for students but the portions are big and well worth it.

I'll always come back to that place, highly recommend it if you want to have a good time, specially on Saturday nights.

The street style tacos were amazing. Loaded nachos were truly loaded and tons of flavor with a lot of heat. So, so good!

Best Mexican in Bowling Green by far. The tacos are an excellent price and very delicious! Service takes awhile on Friday and Saturday nights but if you know you're going to have to wait you'll be fine. Service is very nice as well!
