Steve is by far the best insurance agent I've ever had! I've been with him for many years now and wouldn't ever consider another agent. Not only has he always been immediately available for anything I've needed from him. But he goes above and beyond his job to make sure you get the best rate as well as providing phenomenal service.

I would like to say that our family loves our shelter family we have been with Steve Black for many many years. He is very professional and fast with responding. We have everything through shelter insurance and it wouldn’t have been possible without Steve. I never believed I could get life insurance,auto, and renters insurance for such a reasonable price but with shelter insurance that gap of my life was filled. We’ve been insured through Steve Black with Shelter Insurance for quite a few years. We switched insurance companies at one point because we owned a home in Sadieville that he wasn’t able to add insurance to, due to its location, but as soon as we sold that home, we immediately switched back to Steve. My wife and I moved to Georgetown back in 2002 for new jobs. We met Steve when we wanted to have access to an agent in person. We found Steve's office when it was back on North Hamilton and we've been clients ever since. Steve has helped us through a water leak that turned into a major renovation due to black mold, several new windshields, life insurance and the changes that went with it.
