I recently purchased furniture and home decor at the Georgetown Big Lots. Carolyn was so nice, and helped me get the items out to my car. Great customer service!!

We love checking out the Halloween decor every year! Big Lots always has some of the coolest stuff!

Love the way they are remodeling the store.

I was pleasantly surprised by this store. It's big, bright, and clean. Not dingy and cluttered like some of their other locations. Very peaceful and quiet with a wide array of interesting products. I especially like their "modern farmhouse" home decor collection.

I absolutely love this big lots. It might not be as big or showy as some others, but it always has exactly what I want! I can easily lose myself in this store and end up spending anywhere from $50-$100 without noticing until at the checkout! Very friendly staff, always polite and clean! Always surprising to see such a clean store, but I love it! Family friendly 100%

We happened to stop here for a pool cover while driving thru to get home to Indiana. Made an online order to pick up. Arrived earlier than expected but they were kind and finished our order while the kids had a restroom break. Had us ready and checked out once we made it back to the counter. In and out quick! Wonderful experience! We came from Frankfort store to buy two recliners and a television stand that the Frankfort store did not have in stock. The gentleman helping was very helpful, nice, and funny. Great shopping experience.

FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES! We bought a matress from them a few weeks ago and it was a very pleasant experience. They guy was very kind as well as everyone else working there. I enjoyed my visit here and WILL be back!

Love to find some often unique foods and the quality of sleep systems in their furniture section is substantial. Usually underselling groceries by 5%

Needed more people working in the furniture dept. Once we were able to pay for our items they were loaded quickly. Loading area needed to be salted for the safety of customers and staff.

Store looks bigger since they remodeled it. There is more organization in the store. It has been arranged differently. If you have never been in there before you would think that you are in a brand new store. Employees are really nice the there.
