Walked in the store got what I want. Went to pay and Young black guy at the register I’d say no older then 17. Doesn’t say anything. Was also changing trash bag. Started cussing at the bags saying B & N word. Turns to me and my friends. Scans my product's. Doesn’t say anything and we start to leave. I went and spoke to a lady saying she was manager told her what happened. She shook her head and we walked away. Bad costumer service. Like wow. I won’t be back.

The store located in mall on Scottsville Rd in very ghetto and unprofessional, I witness a girl on the phone arguing and cursing someone out and the store is very messy,
