Great group of people got my caliper oil and filter under 4 minutes.

This review is overdue, but I wanted to express my gratitude to the staff at Autozone in Taylorsville, Ky, and particularly to Donnie (I believe that’s his name!). Around Thanksgiving, I came to Autozone to replace the right front headlight bulb of my 2004 Chevy Aveo, a relic that had seen better days! Donnie went above and beyond, both in terms of how welcoming, friendly and courteous he was, and also in his dedication to completing the job, as replacing the bulb of my Aveo was more complicated than expected. Donnie was able to replace the bulb successfully, in record time. I was very happy with my experience overall, and would recommend Donnie and the Team at Taylorsville Autozone for any car part needs. Thank you again!

Had some parts we needed for our 4 Runner that we needed and were able to purchase instead of ordering so we were happy about that visit and the service we received. Highly recommend but is always a hit or miss when it comes to what you want or need but that's to be expected. They can't always have what you need or want. They do the best they can to meet your needs and to get what you want. I highly recommend this place. They have yet to let me down or fail me. Great Service here!

Thanks Donnie for customer service above and beyond my expectations. Called to get info on dead battery on lawn tractor. Bought the battery at the. Taylorsville store last year and left the lights on and it was completely dead. I never expected someone to come to my home and jump start the battery but Donnie did. Would not even except a tip. Thank you Donnie and The management staff at AutoZone for incredible customer service. If you need a lawn battery, check out AutoZone. They will be there when you need them most!

Get Greg he has been there the longest . He can usually tell you what part you need or what tool to use for your project. I travel far to get to an auto zone

They need to take some of this computer part match up and show how AutoZone pays for cores just because it's not wrong.Thats why I'm customer all the time good times

I went into the store to get a replacement bulb for the tail light of my Toyota Corolla. Ethan was a gentleman and helped put it in for me in the parking lot. Very conscious and kind. Took great care of me
