I have had excellent experiences with Underground Printing. The first time was 4 years ago with the Bloomington IN store. Recently, I ordered some more t-shirts through the Cincinnati store. In both cases I ordered a rather complicated logo that had to be exactly right to make sense (a complex formula in mathematical logic with subscripts and multiple parentheses), and in both cases, the logo was perfect. This business is very careful to make sure you get exactly what you want. The quality of the t-shirts is very good and the prices are very reasonable. Erin was especially helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I would be satisfied!

Erin is awesome! She really has an eye for design and color and is great to bounce idea off of. She always tries to get her customers the best deal that she can and responds to emails in a timely manner (excellent customer service 👍).

I needed a custom T-shirt for a family get-together. This is something I had not done before. Underground Printing made it simple. They have an easy to use template on their web site as well as helpful consultants who can guide you through the process. Erin assisted me and she was great. The t-shirt was exactly what I needed. Cost was less than I expected. Delivery was prompt. Overall, a good experience. Highly recommended.

I appreciated the ability to get quotes through chat feature on the weekend, then reference it when placing my actual order. UP was very responsive and when there was an issue with the printing quality they acknowledged it, let me keep the "bad' apparel AND gave me a 10% discount on the total order cost. I can't remember the last time I had service that treated me like they valued my business. My apparel looked awesome and even came on time.

Ordered a bunch of items for my girls in High School, all items look great. The Highlander shirt is my kids favorite as the graphics are unreal. Great staff to work with.

Tried ordering from their website for a platoon reunion 3 times and each time it gave me a different reason why that shirt could not be completed online. Followed all the instructions about color, size, and style minimums but it would run into a different error or just stop working all together. Mostly just putting this here for web usability improvements, if I had time i'd stop in but unfortunately in a time crunch.
