This Chandler office was a great find. My PA recommended Julie for my issue and I am so glad he did. Julie was so helpful and knowledgeable about my condition and exercises to support me. I’m very happy with my progress. The receptionist and the student PT Hunter were also great. I highly recommend this facility.

Lyndon is the best! He knows his stuff inside and out. He helped me so much, there aren’t words. Finally first time in my life not living in pain all the time. Even threw a ball for the first time in a decade. You’re the man Lyndon, I appreciate everything! The front desk lady, I think her name is Patricia, is awesome as well. She’s always working hard and nice! Thanks again everyone. See you next year.

I cannot begin to express my sincere gratitude to Lyndon Knights, one of your Physical Therapists. He deserves all the accolades and praise for being such an excellent employee.

Six months ago I was referred to Lyndon through my insurance. I was having painful knee problems, and eventually endured three different surgeries.

From the very start, Lyndon was extremely patient, professional and encouraging. He listened to my complaints (bless him!), offered knowledge and wisdom and always found a way to make physical therapy enjoyable. He had such a classy way about him that brought out the best in me and others. He was also personable and charming.

Lyndon made my painful journey a surprisingly pleasant experience and brought me back from awkward limping to enjoying physical activities once again. I simply cannot sing his praises enough; he is such an outstanding asset to your company.

In addition, Patricia at the front desk was always very friendly and accommodating. I needed assistance with insurance issues, and she went out of her way to help. She was very personable and patient with everyone.

Richard’s experience with Julie was that when he started with her, he was unable to drive, play Pickleball, walk in a straight line or turn around with his eyes closed without falling. Julie researched and introduced exercises based on his needs and desire to be active again. He can do all of these things now. I can’t express how outstanding she was and how much she helped him recover from his vestibular issues.

I highly recommend Banner Physical Therapy Chandler South Shore. The entire staff is awesome. Lyndon Knights my PT goes above and beyond to take of his patients. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring and will push you appropriately to meet your goals. I had a Total Knee Replacement 3-30-2023 and saw Lyndon Knights within 4 days of surgery. I have made amazing progress according to my surgeon and it has only been 2 weeks ( 4 sessions so far)! I am grateful for his expertise and compassionate manner! I can tell he loves his job! The entire staff including the receptionist is very upbeat and friendly. Thank you Banner PT Chandler South Shore for such quality care! I look forward to my remaining therapy sessions!

This place is wonderful for physical therapy! I take my 91 year old mother-in-law twice a week for therapy with Lyndon! He is amazing; so kind and patient! I unfortunately have had personal past experience with physical therapy, and I can see Lyndon's depth knowledge! If you are recommended to this place, go with confidence that they will do all that's in their power to get you well!

Brady is the absolute best PT I’ve had in 15 years. Dude is crazy knowledgeable and hardworking. If all PTs were half as good as him, the world would be better. Thank you for helping me fix my neck!

This place is wonderful. The front desk staff is helpful and courteous. I really like my therapist, Kelsey. She is very competent at the PT aspect, but I also appreciate her help with the mental aspects of my recovery. She is always reassuring that it will get better in time, which is a reminder I need to hear (over and over).

This is my first time needing physical therapy. I was very nervous starting it after a broken ankle injury. The staff and PT therapists are absolutely fabulous, particularly Lauren, who I see regularly. They have made my experience a very positive one and I truly look forward to going every week. They are friendly, knowledgeable and are helping me see lots of progress. If you are looking for a PT I definitely recommend Lauren and this office!

I feel like Roberta is very aware of my needs as an individual. She is kind and compassionate and listens to me as a patient. Very happy so far. Everyone from the front desk to all the Therapist are very friendly and caring also.

Lauren, at the S Arizona Ave clinic, is the best and if you need PT, call her. My neck issue is fixed and my back feels much better since she began working on me. Very pleased with the result!
