KY Plumber

After having a plumber from a different company come in and estimate my job at $1,400, I had a feeling this was way too much. I found that many people in my neighborhood used and highly recommended KY Plumber. I'm so glad I called them. They scheduled someone to come out, and I got the work done at a very reasonable rate. Everything is working great. I'll definitely call them again with any plumbing issues I have.

I have used KY PLUMER 3 or 4 years ago and again today.
Jordan came earlier than scheduled and completed the work within an hour.

The are very organized. They sent me an online appointment for reminders.

Hiring new contractors can be scary, but Gary and his son gems. I had a huge list of items that needed work - they investigated, talked through all the repairs, took pictures of before and after showing work, and were incredibly kind and respectful. Highly recommend.

We are fortunate to have a company like KY Plumber here in our area. I had a couple problems to take on which I was unsure on how to handle. KY Plumber came out and took care of everything while giving me a bit of knowledge which I can use to help maintain the shower and toilet to help avoid future problems. These guys are professional, extremely proficient in their work and do not leave any type of mess when completed. Great customer service when making the appointment and trusted work when the plumber arrives.

They have completely redone the main inside lines in our basement, reworked all the plumbing at my sister’s home when she bought it 4 years ago, and various other plumbing jobs. We had an appointment for 3:30 for KY Plummer to come out. But the guy called me at 9:30 and said he could come out to take care of it. It took him 45min and 142 dollars later, we have a new shiny pipe and no leak. I am super impressed and astounded at a how fast, cheap, efficient and beautiful it all was. Gary and Jordan worked on my job and did excellent! They worked well with all the constraints that the Home Warranty put on them and was able to have everything covered with their excellent documentation and making multiple calls back and forth with the adjuster. I will highly recommend KY and will be using them again for sure!

Absolutely wonderful group of gentlemen here! Gary and his team replaced a built in tub and surround for us. They came up with a great plan of attack, and far exceeded our expectations. Jordan did a great job of installing a new kitchen sink faucet and fixing a small leak under the sink. He showed up on time, worked quickly, and did not leave until he made sure everything was right. He was also very professional and had a nice attitude. I have been trying to find a good plumbing company with reasonable prices and trustworthy plumbers. This company is the one.

Very friendly an knowledgeable. Our sink was backed up and Gary was able to come out quickly and got it draining again (even though it was the weekend). I have him in my contacts and will definitely call again when I need a plumber.

The plumbing issue we had was not nearly as catastrophic as I had anticipated. They could have come in and torn out walls and charge me thousands of dollars and I would not have been surprised. Fortunately their expertise and great customer service exceeded my expectations. Within an hour they had my issue fixed and the cost wasn't much more than a nice dinner for a family of 4 would be. Quick, dependable, and trustworthy!!! I will definitely call them again if I have any future plumbing problems. I had a huge waterline leak. The owner came out to the house and ensured the water was shut off at the meter, scheduled his team to start digging the next morning, fixed the issue, and ensured the area was cleaned up prior to leaving the job site. Overall cost was less than his rough estimate. I definitely recommend this company for any plumbing issues you may have.

I had a toilet flange repair. Gary come out and was able to repair the flange correctly where the toilet sat level on the floor. Something that Ball Homes was unable to do. The repair was done quick, some instruction on care going forward, and cleaned up after job was complete. I have to say one of the best experiences with a plumber I have had. Thank You.
