Kevin was terrific. Came on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. I have used AZ Water, Drain and Sewer at our previous house for a soft water system. They were great. Hired them again for our new house. No regrets. Great company, service and fair pricing.

Went with a water softener with Larry. Had 3 quotes and they were the most competitive with quality product. They proposed a different routing through my garage for the drainage, which looks better and less tubing being used. Install team worked hard all day to get the job done. Would recommend

He explained why the service the other company was going to do was not necessary and that no other testing was needed for the situation. The visit was to provide a free estimate and ended up saving me the $600 service the other company was going to do. I'm very pleased with the service provided and highly recommend them. Kevin also answered a question about whether another area of the home needed any work (which it did not). There was no talking me into undeeded services or any services at all. A+

Super helpful! I’m dealing with an odd outdoor water leak, called the water company and they are no help just told me to call a plumber. They got me scheduled right away for same day service and had someone at my house within 4 hours. He waited patiently while I was unfortunately in meetings I couldn’t leave. Showed me the problem, how to take care of us and I am incredibly thankful for their help! I will absolutely be calling again if I need any help with plumbing issues!

I needed my water softener. Checked out and Jesse arrived looked at my water. Softener discovered it was not working properly. Spent the time to assist me in ordering a water softener. All the parts and is going to be back to do the install very polite. Was a pleasure working with him.

Had a great experience with AZ Water Drain & Sewer. We recently purchased a home and wanted to make sure our water softner was working properly and to change some settings on it. A technician came out and he was professional and very personable. He explained very thoroughly how it worked and showed me how to work the unit so that I can change the settings on it at any time. I am terrible with names) was person who worked with me through estimate and installation. Terrance from AZ Water Systems was great. He installed a new water heater, new water filtration system, replaced a toilet and redid our main water shut off valve. He was meticulous and paid close attention to all the tiny details. He cleaned up any messes made and made sure there were no leaks when finished. His handy work looks professional. And he was really friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with all of that work. I definitely recommend this company. I’m so glad I called them.

I highly recommend AZ Water Systems for any plumbing needs and here’s why: When I called them I was immediately greeted with a joyful energetic spirt. Have you ever been on the phone with someone and you feel that you can see them smile as they talk because they truly are happy doing what they do. Well that’s my experience with Tyanna who answered the phone. I told her I had no hot water, she quickly took my info and she had me on the books immediately for someone to come out. I also received a notification text as well.

Derrick from the company came and took a look at my leaking water heater and gave me a quote. After I approved the quote I received an immediate notification and I was on the books for replacement that same day. I then received constant communication of expected arrival from Destin and Tanner. They were the amazing tech team that came out and uninstalled my old one for a warranty exchange. They then took it to the original store of purchase, ) a requirement of my water tank company ) and then returned with a new one.

Throughout this smooth process I received communication from Destin and Tanner. They have attention to detail. They cleaned the area where the hot water heater goes throughly before placing the new one in that area. They installed the water heater, kindly answered all my questions with a smile, and informed me of the timeframe it would take to receive hot water and the sounds to expect when turning the water on inside the house since it was temporarily off during the install.

They were an amazing team. That I jokingly called them team TD. Tanner and Dustin but more Touch Down because they sure made the TD and two point conversion on my installation. That’s how happy and grateful I am on the service I received from start to finish! To have hot water again is a win as well! Again, I highly recommend AZ Water Systems for any plumbing needs. I would highly recommend using AZ Water for all needs with water systems. Derek did a great job with my free consultation and am so excited to get my system installed in my new home! High Quality Alkaline water is a must have for me and my family. After my daughter was diagnosed with cancer, we were advised to have her drink alkaline water to keep her body alkaline to prevent cancer from returning or spreading.
