McDonald's

I am on a low-sodium diet. Fortunately, the McDonald's Filet is a sandwich I can fit in my daily sodium planning. Today, the service was friendly and efficient. Five vehicles ahead of me and I was on my way within eight minutes.

I had went through the drive through and I thought they forgot my straw because I had to take the lid off my drink in the car but when I went to throw my bag away at the gas station I saw there were three straws in the bag!! LOL!!!!

The best and cleanest McDonald’s that I’ve been to. Very clean and nice every time I come here. I rode my bike here one day and the outdoor seating is good and there are handicap seats outside and inside. Love it!

Had the day off from work and was watching Netflix on this rainy day. The movie I was watching was The Founder and somehow decided to get some McDonalds. The movie must have subliminal advertising or causes people to want to get McDonalds. Had to make a stop at a few stores in Crestwood and then decided to get a late afternoon snack at McDonald's. The location of the restaurant is perfect as it's right across from the schools and close to other attractions in the Crestwood area.

The drive-thru was busy and this restaurant has 2 drive-thru's and service was great. Definitely have to give kudos to the management for properly training their staff.

Ordered French fries and a McFlurrie and it was perfect! Nothing like hot, crispy French fries! Definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area and suggest people stop here to get a bite to eat!

Food was hot and fresh cooked. I ordered using the app.

The workers here a beautiful 😍 and hardworking. All McDonald's should be like this one.

We tried to use the kiosk to order, but couldn't find a way to request a bun with no seeds. The staff took us at the register and everything was perfect.
The only difficulty was getting out of the parking lot, at 5:30 was a bit difficult - not their fault at all.

Stopped in for a cold coffee drink, pleasant staff and store is clean. Love the iced caramel coffee.

While on our way home to Michigan from Tennessee, my family stopped for breakfast. The good was fresh and the service was fast. We dined in as the dining area was very clean.

I had this amazing cute young boy named Ender Wheatley at the window he was nothing but hospitable to me gave me exceptional service he is professional friendly and kind could not ask for a better employee truly an asset to McDonald's

Lord almighty. Dear God. The employee, Tommy is a top tier fry maker. Give him a raise. He is the only reason I come to this establishment. Not to eat, but to simply glance upon his smooth delicious face. 10/10 would suck again.

Every time I go to McDonald’s they always get my order wrong, but this McDonald’s did a great job! The lady was very nice to me, and even offered me a drink carrier! I will be coming back! My dog even liked the chicken nuggets too. What a nice and friendly place.

My husband & I drive a big box truck for a living. So we can't fit truck through any drive thru lane. We pulled on the door & it was locked. A young lady that was in her car came & unlocked the door. Staff was very courteous & appreciate y'alls hospitality. Coffee was hot & breakfast was good also. Thanks early morning crew 😊

Even my daughter thought food was better than most others

Probably best McDonald's I've ever been too. I go there to eat and to deliver door dash and they have maintained staffing throughout the pandemic and have maintained quality and service also which is rare. Great management team and great employees.

This is one of the better McDonald's in the area. There are two others that are a bit closer to my home but we always come here. The staff is fast and friendly.

Although they were busy late at night, the lady who took our order was friendly and quick. I would recommend a visit.

The fries at this location are consistently hot fresh and perfectly salted. I really appreciate that

We don't eat out a lot and rarely ever fast food but when we do McDonald's is our go-to place. The one in Crestwood is awesome, the employees are friendly and very helpful, their food is always fresh and our grandson loves it also. I wish I had gotten that young man's name that waited on us today, he was very friendly, brought our food to us and answered questions that we had great job young man

I’ve never had any issues with this McDonald’s. The employees are always great and I’ve joked around with s few of them quite a few times. The food is always fresh and the wait is almost never long (even when the drive through is wrapped around the building!)
