Liked Dr. Madness, but be careful what paperwork you sign, even though I have Medicare & supplemental insurance got a bill for office/consulting vist to schedule colon check, order from my primary Dr. Of $456.00. Asked to make sure my insurance covered procedure or I would not have had done. And by the way Medicare paid $181.00 dollars for office call. Seniors look out, not happy with New Horizon Surgical Services billing & when billed stated not medically nessary. Who would want done if not nessary!!!!

Dr Daniel Gay diagnosed and treated my appendicitis with a laparoscopic appendectomy. No issues whatsoever! I went home the same day. I would recommend this surgeon to friends and family.

Either a patient, or an employee is using credit/debit cards in your system in order to find out if the card works or not. My total was $9.63, and it will not be approved. I've informed my bank. Looks like I'm not the first person with this issue either.
