AT&T Store

He was very fast and prompt as soon as I walked in. The other employees also greeted me. I don't go in the store much but that was the first thing I noticed. They all had very good customer service skills! All the other employees were helping customers and the employee that was helping me was very knowledgeable and polite. He was ready to help me. Thank you!

Everybody on the store is very welcoming. They were quick to get my problem solved, especially since I needed to be out of there in a timely manner due to prior engagements. I strongly recommend going in.

Just visited your store today and had a great experience. They were very friendly and helpful and thanks to AT&T I’m gonna save about $50 a month versus what I was paying for through Verizon. I give them two thumbs up.

Inside screen went blank. Young man helpede out had it resolved in 15 minutes set up an appointment for service van to come to my place and fix it on a Saturday right on spot

No one in the store and the guy who helped me was smart. But you should start working on your towers so we can get better connection coverage. If not I'll have to go to Verizon.

This store is the best customer service experience I’ve had for a long while. Tyler, Melanie, Matt, Cory are so helpful. My husband and I were getting new phones and we had some questions about how to set them up everyone we experienced in the store is so helpful. My husbands phone was stolen after four days. and my phone would not connect to my email and I did not know how to fix it so when we arrived at the store, Matt fixed it Melanie and Tyler the third time we came back helped me again connect my email and other issues with my phone the staff here is very welcoming they greeted us. They asked what more they could do. I’m very grateful for your employees.

Stopped in to pay my bill, service was fast and friendly

The Store Manager is amazing! Working in a store with no A/C and it is completely unbeatable in there. Whoever Meline is needs to come in and work for 3 minutes and then close it down if she has half a brain. No one wants to be in there with a temperature of 105. No worker should be in there if you yourself as a District Manager would not work. That is just unfortunate for the customers and sad for the workers! But can’t thank Tyler enough! Thank you for being there to support us. Sorry for your horrible work conditions.

The sales rep Kenneth was very transparent and made sure I understood exactly what my bill would look like after all trade in credits and promo discounts are applied after the first billing cycle or two. Thank you Kenneth for my brand new iPhone 14 pro max! 😎

Only att person that took all the time to fix all the problems with the computer and phone. Great guy.

Ken is outstanding. He had my new phone setup in record time. He was able to answer my questions and resolved some problems I've experienced. His customer service is an example to be followed.

Love the staff at the store always there to help whenever you need something very friendly too also Kenneth is always helpful helped me with an upgrade recently he also looks like mr beast which is pretty cool

I wanted to take a minute and shout-out the staff at this store. Every time I come into the store I’m always greeted and treated well. I typically order all my items online to mitigate the feeling of the “sales pressure” but that simply isn’t the case with these employees. Arielle explained to me the different plans that are available and made the process easy. Thanks for a great experience.

Had an incredible experience at my most recent visit. I was looking to switch carriers and Areli happily helped make that process an absolute breeze and answered all my questions. She was very professional during the entire exchange. The store was neat and clean. All around a top tier experience and I am happy to be an AT&T customer now!

Areli was knowledgeable, nice and patient. She answered our many questions with a change from an IPhone 8 to an IPhone 14. We know that we can stop in with any questions we may have along the way

The service at this store was excellent! The Assistant Manager Sebastian was very quick to come out and assist us as soon as we walked in. He was very informative and honest about the phones and which ones he recommended based on actual usage and customer reviews. Very easy to get along with and funny to talk to. Helped with a upgrade and also professionally installed with no errors or mistakes the additional equipment purchased (screen protector). Overall, best wireless store out of all wireless companies and stores (and I have had them all) that I have ever been to. Highly recommend going to this store for anything. Also, very helpful with notifying us of after purchase support for all equipment i got.
