My husband was having issues with his recently purchased flip phone. We worked with the one and only Ryan who really took care of us. He made us feel really good about coming in any time we need help. He also took the time to show my husband how you use his flip phone. Super patient, personable and friendly.

Came into the store because of a voicemail issue. Ryan wasn't able to pull up the account because i wasn't listed as an account manager. But Ryan helped me out the best he could then told me what I needed to do to get authorized and come back for help. Happy with the service I received.

I've been going through Ryan for my last 3 phone deals. The very first time Ryan had mentioned building a customer for life and he wasn't wrong. I really enjoy coming here and working with Ryan at this store. Plus he has an amazing personality!

The one and only Ryan is a blessing! Stopped in with concerns on my bill and he was happy to sit down with me and explain everything. During the process he talked about the value of Verizon home Internet and was able to qualify me and save me money from my current provider. Justin was so helpful! I’ve been having SIM/cell service problems for months and Justin fixed it as soon as I came into Verizon. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated how quickly they were able to fit me in! I would definitely come back!

The one and only Ryan is amazing as what he does. I came in last month needed help with my Apple ID password reset. Apple put me in account recovery for three weeks. Ryan made sure to take care of everything during this process and made sure to set appointments with me for each checkpoint of verification.. Today I was finally able to reset my Apple password thanks to Ryan!! I can finally download my apps again. I highly recommend this store and the team that works here. Amazing group of individuals that work together and dress sophisticatedly.

I was getting a scam pop up telling me my phone was compromised and had a virus. I showed up to this location and worked with the one and only Ryan. He did a thorough clean up of my phone and made sure I was good. He even tool the time to offer me an account analysis and recommend certain features and products for what I use my phone for.

I originally called into Verizon support which was no help and wasted hours of my day. Decided to stop by this location to speak with a live person and worked with Ryan and Persia. He spent as much time needed to break down my will and make the required changes I needed to meet my financial budget. I highly appreciate the patience and knowledge these reps have. Outstanding experience here.

Came in to lower my bill. Cindy was very nice and helped me set up auto pay. She also saw I was not getting my vet discount. So she helped me set that up and unlock my Verizon account. She offered me home Internet for only $45 a month but I don't have anything at home to connect to I only use my phone. I will be back to come see Cindy if I need anything.

The one and only Ryan is the guy to see here! I had a virus on my galaxy S22 ultra. Ryan sat down with me and deleted all the junk in my phone. Explained to me where the problem surfaced and how to prevent it from happening in the future. Awesome experience!!

I've been reading the reviews about the one and only Ryan and he did not disappoint. Just got back from Mexico and my phone had zero service. He explained exactly what was wrong and fixed it in a few short moments. He also restructured my account and got me HBO Max and Netflix for cheap. Awesome service from Ryan you saved my life.

I was having issues with mu recently purchased phone. I wasn't receiving sound notifications.. I worked with Ryan and Persia and they found out that I somehow muted all sounds. I have a hard time hearing and use hearing aids. Working with these two was seamless and easy, they were patient with dealing with my hearing disabilities. Highly recommend this stellar staff.

Purchased new phones from Zach at the Vegas location the other day. When my wife’s phone was running into the “SOS” feature he communicated with Ryan to help me solve the problem. Ryan had me in & out in less than 5 minutes when I initially spent an hour on customer support to try to fix it. The amount of support you get from this store & market is absolutely amazing. Ryan even educated me on why this issue happens & offered to support me in the future.

Came in because I couldn't get any calls and Cindy was very sweet and helped me out. I kept having my calls be forced to voicemail and she showed me how to prevent that. Thank you so much for you help Cindy. I will be back to see you only
