Lowe's Home Improvement

The service was great. I got a Craftsman 41 inch tool box combo, the price was right, but when I got home and unboxed the bottom toolbox I noticed it had a dent. I would have returned it, but by the time I loaded it back up onto my truck and took it back it wouldn't have been worth the trip back to Bullhead. I'll live with the dent.

The service at Lowe’s home improvement was amazing tonight. I was looking for appliances for my listing. I Like to check out what’s new in lighting fixtures all things home related.
I ran into an excellent employee named Walt. He was very helpful he took the time to answer all of the questions I had about various products countertop stove, Dutch ovens, washers dryers refrigerators. No pressure!
He is very knowledgeable and really funny. Walt made our trip to Lowe’s fun.
There was an excellent sale by the way.
Great customer service is a major bonus for me. I like to spend my money in places where people are kind, friendly and helpful.
I will be returning the appliance sale is over on Thursday.
Guess what… all of the Christmas products are out and they are beautiful.

Very friendly and helpful customer service employees. Aisle employee who assisted me was very friendly and knowledgeable. I used the self checkout. There was a very nice employee helping and greeting people at the self check.

Walked in 5 minutes before they closed. Surprisingly every employee was friendly and very helpful. I got everything I needed in less then 5 minutes. Great Job Guys!! Thanks 👍 I love this place. Again I found everything quickly and found a couple good deals too. Update my 4 stars to 5 stars 👍

Veteran parking? That's very thoughtful. Normally, I park far away and walk since I drive an F350 long bed. But, I saw this and all 3 were empty. So I enjoyed this great spot today. Thanks guys, you make me proud.

We usually stop by Lowes to check for a particular items, usually a bit atypical. Sometimes we find it, sometimes not but we always find the staff available and willing to help hunt down an item. If not in-store then on-line. Wonderful customer service.

Never have a problem whenever I go there.

I don't visit Lowe's too often because it's not close to where I live but on occasion I do go to this Lowe's in Cathedral City. They always have friendly and smiling staff there always there to help you find what you need and answer any questions. On this occasion I had to return with no receipt and the lady was kind enough to accept my return with no hassle. I appreciate that

Best staff I've ever met everyone was extremely helpful shot out to Tod for know literally by heart where eventing I need was by heart down to the T I mean impressively knowledgeable my word and I wish would have asked him his name but it started with an R he was super sweet and extremely helpful help me with my cart since I had my kids and helped me load it all in and trust me that was no easy job lbs this was an awesome experience and worth the drive 🤩

Was getting barbed wire fencing materials at Tractor Supply but they didn't have any stays. They said last place to look would be Lowes because of price. Checked and they were the LOWEST!! Got 300 of them for less than anyone else. They always seem competent and their prices are comperable
