We were greeted as we came in. Front desk was quick to call us up. Been here a few times now and we get great service. Dee helped us out a few times now. Helped us out again today. Great personality and love that she keeps my husband thinking. Great customer service here. They didn’t have our part in stock but checked the sister store down the road and they have them. Paid and picked up at the sister store. Carlos helped us at the Fort Mohave store with pickup. Very nice man.

Dee at the Bullhead City AZ Autozone went above and beyond to finally get me the manual I had been trying to get for four days! She did an amazing job of customer service! Thanks Dee for your help and support, I appreciate your dedication to great customer service!

Devan v is very handsome and helpful, found my parts quick and got me out the door fast so I can get to installing my part l. The store it self was very clean and put together very uniform will definitely be returning in the near future. Also the manager Isaac was very helpful on ordering the part I needed.

I walked in and got my battery for my truck. No problem, thanks to the guy working. He was surprised I had never been in before, so it was a funny exchange but a great experience.

So I walked into this store thinking this will be like pulling teeth. Then I met Isaac and Aaron. Those two really shocked and surprised me in a good way, and when your 70 years old, shocking is the sign of a heart attack or stroke about to happen. Isaac was very professional and personable and went so far above and beyond helping me and finding what I needed that I wanted to hire him as my personal assistant for life. Aaron was so friendly and eager to help that I found myself looking forward to going back to that store if I ever needed help. I recommend this place for anybody who needs help.

Our alternator was bad and they kindly honored our warranty. The service was great. We asked the man if he would test our new alternator and he gladly said he would. I was impressed.

My experience at Auto Zone was great. I was originally given the wrong wiper blades, but Maiorino made sure I got the correct ones at the same price. Awesome lady.
