Staff was awesome and able to answer all questions and recommended the correct game for the systems we own and controller that is compatible with our gaming PC.

We had a location right behind this store. Everytime i was in there they were friendly,helpfull. My kids like the large selection of products along with the rewards system. As a local company in La Grange since 2016 my experience in this store has always been above par.

Hands down absolutely amazing experience bought multiple games that I've been trying to find for a very long while staff is always very friendly the two gentlemen the store manager and the other one asked tons of questions made sure that anything I needed was taken care of hands down best experience I've ever had from a GameStop so glad to have the GameStop employees that we have at my local GameStop will always shop here if they don't have it they can usually sometimes get it

Was getting chased by a angry Paraceratherium through La Grange when I ran into the store. An employee Named Jackson stood valiantly against the wild beast, it was a tough battle but he saved my life and gave me a Negan funko pop for my troubles. 10/10 service

For the last 20 years I’ve been a Pokémon trainer and let me tell ya they always hook me up with the best Pokémon deals;) always the cheapest prices and manager Billy is super cool. Very knowledgeable about anything gaming related and very personable. 10/10 would recommend a visit ask for Billy he will take good care of ya!

Store has a good selection of product at good prices. The staff was very informative and helpful! Wish my local gamestop was this good! :) never felt pressured to buy anything and was a very good experience all around!!

I love Game stop the staff is absolutely incredible they help you out , they are friendly. I enjoy going here. The deals they have are amazing. My kids love going in there since the staff takes time to discuss new items and sale items.

I personally love game stop, they may not always have what I go in after but usually one of them does. Their only downside in my opinion is trade in values. If you want to sell anything take some advice and sell it on a marketplace instead if you want to make any of your money back or take it in when they offer more for trade in's or buying prices. But from a buying standpoint I'm glad it's there (which may change in the future from what I've been seeing lately). Either way if your looking for some games or accessories you should hit up your local gamestop while they are still there.

Excellent customer service from Charlene and the gentleman who's name I didn't catch on 12/22/18 terrific help in finding a gift for a child and with a good smile and personal recommendations. Clean store
