Holiday Inn Express Lexington North-Georgetown, an IHG Hotel

Sandy and Matt were absolutely wonderful. Matt even had glass for viewing the eclipse. Sandy said he frequently does little things like that for the guests. What an amazing pair. Could have used a freezer in the mini fridge. Otherwise, our stay was perfect.

It was a one night stay. The lobby, halls and elevator were clean. Room was spacious clean. Love the lighting in the bathroom.

I did not like that there were no curtains. One big blind. Curtains for more privacy as well as light blocking would have been great.

I also did not like the Pancakes. Were not tasty. I hope waffles are considered again or have both pancakes and waffles as an option. Turkey/beef meat would be nice. Everyone does not eat pork. I couldn't eat any of the meats served.

There was a variety to choose from I must say. Fruit yogurt , oatmeal, eggs, toasts and bagels. I love that little brown bags were provided for the guests to take food with them.

Would I have another stay at this Holiday Inn......YES!!!

Plenty of parking, located in a safe area near restaurants and Wal-Mart. Close to Georgetown College. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and bathrooms. The only complaint i had was that my air-conditioning was loud. I mentioned it to the staff. It won't keep me from staying there again. im sure it's not all rooms. Had basic hotel breakfast, which was nice. Well kept. Recommended for booking if you come to watch Georgetown football. Please follow and like for more reviews around the United States.

Awesome service!! Sandy and Emily, at the front desk, are amazing, so nice and so accommodating. Other staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is clean and inviting. Rooms are nice and clean and breakfast is outstanding with many choices. Five stars all the way ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Was on our way to Gatlinburg from Chicago, and ended up having to make an unscheduled stop. Found Holiday inn Express Georgetown, thanks to my IHG app and booked a room 20mins before arriving. Everyone at the hotel was soo nice and helpful even through we were a last minute booking. Rooms were very spacious and clean.

Front counter attendants even gave us dinner and breakfast recommendations since we did not plan on stopping in the area. Perfectly tucked back from the main roads, but walking distances to stores and food options.

Stayed here 1 night with my daughter and 2 small grandchildren. I'm very picky about hotels, and usually don't write reviews much. But I really wanted to let folks know that our stay was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable ( a must for me) , the staff was great, the breakfast was decent, and the entire hotel was very very clean. It was a decent price too. So don't hesitate to book here. It is a wonderful hotel.

Matthew greeted me on the phone before coming in the building. Then he was able to check us in at the front desk.. He was friendly and super accommodating. Even delivered a roll away bed himself to a room for my kiddos. He also recommended an amazing restaurant nearby for us which we LOVED. O Charlie's I believe it was called. We stayed here just one night on our way home to Michigan from Florida. Kids enjoyed the pool. A little cold but no one was there so they were able to be a little wild and let off some energy! Breakfast had the biggest selection I've ever seen a hotel. It was really good, fresh hot food. Kids had a blast picking out what they wanted. Everything was super clean. We had an amazing stay here and was a 180 compared to the hotel we stayed at in Atlanta. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks to Matthew for being so accommodating and kind.

I travel a lot for work and this front desk service is the best I have had in a long time. From Cindy being so kind at check in after a long day to the lady in the morning getting me ice while I packed the car since the machine on my floor wasn't working. Really 10 star service.

Rooms were outdated compare to other locations.Contential breakfast needs more attention Hot food was overlooked and dry.

Nice room. Had a shade instead of a curtain that kept all the light out, which I like. One negative was that the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work.
Was quiet, didn't hear any highway noise. Convenient location close to many restaurants. Would stay here again.

The staff was great during our stay on 9/10-9/11/22. Very accommodating and helpful with a delightful sense of humor! The hotel was extremely clean and the bed was super comfy!

I rented the Camry Room for a family holiday dinner event. It was great!

The hotel was so nice and the staff was so friendly! The rooms was so clean and could tell they paid attention to detail! Mindy was my housekeeper and she was fantastic!

I completely enjoyed my stay. The room seemed recently renovated in a nice modern style. Room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable, my most important want for a hotel. Even though there was still construction in other rooms, the workers never bothered me or affected me. I like the atmosphere they are creating here. I will stay again at the next opportunity!

My son’s wedding party all stayed here. I arrived to find pictures of the couple on their large screen tv in the lobby! What??? Arranged by the hotel!! Desk staff (all shifts were amazing!!!) Rooms were very nice! I had asked for a suite for the newlyweds, which they didn’t have, but was told they had an extra large king room, that they would give them for the special wedding block price. You could play basketball in that room! Couple was thrilled!! All guests happy. Nice breakfast. ALL hospitality staff so nice! I’ve stayed at much more expensive hotels but never a nicer total staff. We had a slight challenge with keys deactivating, but not an issue considering level of care at the hotel. Totally recommend this hotel!

This is a very nice hotel. Front desk was super friendly and quick checking me in. Rooms were very clean and smelled clean!

Stayed here for a business trip and I brought 2 friend with me for when I wasn't working. >The staff was willing to work around my work schedule for check in and everything else we needed. > The pool was slightly warm, probably near room temperature, but the hot tub was amazing. >The business center worked perfectly. I was able to print out a document and my boys check out the restaurants and activities to do. > Breakfest provided a good variety of things to eat and was well stocked They had an awesome pancake machine that cooked it on a conveyor and came out perfectly done one the side of the machine, no waffle machine but that didn't bother me.
