AT&T Store

I want you to know that my visit to this location here in Georgetown, KY OSBOURNE Way was absolutely awesome!!
There were a few things that they had problems with on update and transfer end but it wasn’t on their end, they jumped right in and helped me got it done they are tremendously!!
Excellent service, great personalities, mannerly knowledgeable beyond believe, wonderful they worked together as a team, my experience there was one you should be proud of having them in this store!!
And, I know I will never hear back from you, but I hope you let each one of them know how much I enjoyed them and their attention while purchasing my new phone!!

Went in to transfer a phone number from another provider to AT&T. Alec and the other team members from this branch answered all my questions and fixed everything for me in a timely manner and with a wonderful attitude. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

I had to stop in to have my phone look at because it was compromised. The bank wanted them to checked it out for anything out of the ordinary. They did a thorough check on my phone and found nothing. They did show me how to put all my passwords into an app that was totally protected against anything. If they didn't have my password they didn't get on so I moved all my passwords and a few more protected items into the app. Five stare customer service all the way.

We were switching from Verizon to AT&T due to reception issues in remote KY. Even though the associate helping us was fairly new she answered all of our questions and when she didn't know she was able to find out. Friendly, helpful, and polite. I appreciated the assistance very much. Thank you

Went in to conduct what should have been an easy transaction. The billing department made it a nightmare. Taelaesha and Majed worked on my behalf until the situation was resolved. These two were incredible advocates and literally turned it into a great experience. If you have any wireless needs, seriously - go see them. They are absolutely the best! Great store. Better employees!!

My phone was eligible for an upgrade and when I went in I was greeted right away with a smile. Service was great and they got me taken care of right away. Great work to Jaden and Jackson!

Ashley was SO knowledgeable. She was very very patient and kind. She really cared that I was completely satisfied before I left with my new phone. She was awesome! She deserves a raise!

Whoever the guy that worked this Sunday may 2nd at around 2:30pm is he is a awesome employee. Told me everything I needed to know. Was very honest and helpful. With that kinda attitude I sure hope he is a store manager or on his way to be.

Had to switch from Verizon over to AT&T for the best deal and the ladies working there did amazing! First time ever switching a plan over and they worked with me and spoke with me through each step. Love this place and most definitely will come back!

Best experience at an AT&T store I've ever had. Three sales associates where there that evening and they where knowledgeable, outgoing, and made the switch over to the new phone process not seem Like an actual hour! Would recommend local customers to go here

I have been here multiple times and always gotten great help. Pete and Michaela are the reasons I stay with AT&T. I got Directv the last time I was there. The picture is so much better than Time Warner and I have Unlimited data now. Would do business again anytime.

I was satisfied with the young man that helped me choose a phone.He also transferred all my apps from old phone.Very nice and helpful I will go back when I need to go.Most the time I try to avoid going it is always busy.But very pleased with the service I received.

I was very impressed with the service. I came to add an additional line to my plan expecting to pay more. I was pleasantly surprised when savings were found. It was an excellent experience
