Bayer Auto always exceeds our expectations. We have had three vehicles in the facility with various issues. Bayer Auto responds quickly with a complete diagnosis of the problem and full cost of the repairs needed. The prices are extremely reasonable and level of service is exemplary. Many times the vehicle will be ready for pick up the same day.

I called and spoke with a man named Brian. It was just minutes before google said they were closing. I explained that my parents were leaving for a 10 hour road trip in the morning and they just discovered their truck battery was dead. No one would change it at Auto Zone or any of the like. My Dad has severe back pain with an upcoming surgery soon so riding in the car would have been really hard on him for a trip that long. I was willing to beg the first person I got on the phone for help but lucky for me I got Brian and didn’t have to. This man immediately agreed to stay after hours to help them get squared away. He was so kind and I couldn’t recommend him any higher. 10/10
