From the simple online appointment being made, a confirmation and all follow ups sent, this was a great experience. Once I arrived, the reception was welcoming and waiting area was comfortable. I was updated as the service progressed and when finished, a very quick and easy checkout process made for an overall good experience. I plan to schedule all service work on both my Ford vehicles the same way moving forward!

I just bought a new car here. It really was a good experience. I did not have an appointment. I wasn't really sure what vehicle I wanted so I looked at several models. My salesman was Josh Betz. Josh showed good initiative in coming out right away upon my arrival to see how he could help me. He was very helpful and patient while I looked. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the models and was able to readily tell me the features of each. I didn't feel pressured at all. I appreciate buying an American made car from a company that did not take the bailout. I also appreciate working with a salesman with a military background and appreciate Josh's service to our country. I would definitely buy from Tri-County Ford again and would certainly ask for Josh again.

I purchased a used BMW Z3 that I spotted on Tri-County Ford’s website. A representative was quick to call once I expressed interest on their website. I was then put in touch with Brandon, a sales representative, who was great to work with. I live about 350 miles away and Brandon sent me lots of photos, answered all my questions in detail regarding the car’s condition, walked me through all the steps of paying with a wire transfer, ensured their service department checked the car out well (including 4 new tires). I highly recommend this dealership.

Nathan Hall is a solid sales person. Upfront, knowledgeable of the vehicle and their features. He is a Sync 3/4 genius.
Really enjoyed working with him. Next time I need a vehicle, I will be talking to him.

Great facility, staff is courteous and professional.

Really had a nice experience during my recent visit for a routine service. Staff were friendly and efficient, service was completed very quickly and unlike many dealerships, they didn't over inflate their price for service. Will definitely continue to have my service needs met at Tri-County Ford.

Great place for service! Anytime I take my car there, the folks are always friendly. I'm not pestered to add this or that to my service, but they do keep me informed as to what needs to be done and recommend specific services that I may have overlooked.

Great experience buying from Tri-County, the salesman (Josh Walsh) was not pushy and he was very pleasant and easy to deal with. The manager (Andy Fred) also treated us real well. We left there very satisfied. My wife and I give them five stars.

Placed my appointment online and showed up 15 minutes early. Pulled up and pulled right in. The whole store was spotless and very clean, The restrooms were very clean and nice. A very nice waiting area with tables and chairs and some softer over by the TV with plenty of room. The staff was very friendly and asked if I need anything which customer service was great. They never question why a Chevy owner would be doing at a Ford dealership lol. Well to answer that is that Nick at Knox Ford sold it to me and told me to take it to Tri-County. I can't say anything bad about Tri county Ford the only bad thing was the drive, 71 and Gene Snyder are both messed up. Thank you for the service, I will be using you from now on. Oh and.....BTW...... That is a sweet looking Shelby GT on the floor

Walked in to look around and ended up buying a certified used car, with the help of my salesman Scott Heffernan. The process was quick and informative, and I didn't feel like I was being pressured into any corners. Tri-County was able to find me a better interest rate than my credit union bank was offering which I was impressed by. My new (to me) car is great, love everything about it. Glad I was able to find a quality Ford dealer close to the city, because there definitely isn't one in the city. Thanks again

My daughter bought her first new vehicle. She got a 2024 Ford Maverick. Process was easy from start to finish. They knew she was looking for one so they called when they got one in. Salesman was great!!

I have to say Nathan was very nice. One thing I can say is he’s definitely not a pushy salesman!! That will definitely turn a customer away in a highway minute. Also the finance gentleman, also very kind and considerate of the customer! Tri-County definitely has our business from now on.

Took Escape in for computer update to fix problem with radio screen going blank. Work was done in a timely manner and actually was done sooner than told. Have had very good service from the Tri-County Ford dealership and recommend them.

Tri-county Ford in Buckner is the best! Our family always goes there to buy our cars. The best staff around! My sister came from Florida to here to buy since Florida sales people suck that day! Great place to buy a truck. Very courteous and go out of their way to make it a great experience. Scott Heffernan was great to deal with and more than fair on the trade in value of my old truck. If you're a veteran as I am, they're the place to go. HIGHLY recommend Tri County Ford to everyone.
