Crestwood Bistro

I have been here for dinner, but decided to try lunnch on a Friday. Quick and friendly service and a comfy, quaint restaurant. Deviled eggs are tasty and dare I say, unrivaled. Chilly day so I got the potato leek soup, well seasoned and a perfect portion. This place is a real gem in Crestwood, highly recommended.

Super cute place. Had lunch here today and Tara, the host/waitress, was so sweet! The food was outstanding as well. Will be coming back to try more menu items. We had the Drew sandwich with pasta salad and homemade pickles. Also, the grilled chicken salad with peanut sauce and German potato salad.

Just got to dine in this past Friday. Absolutely wonderful! We’ve carried out a time or two but we will certainly be going back more frequently to eat in.
Wonderful service, amazing food and the cutest place.
Our party of 4 had the deviled eggs (unbelievable), baked Brie and Brussels to start.
Entree’s included the shrimp and grits (delicious), shrimp and spinach penne (generous portion) and the fish special( the best fish I’ve eaten in quite a long time).
So excited that such a gem is so close to home!

This place is worth the drive to Oldham County! Nestled right by the tracks in Crestwood, it is a hidden gem in our county. I have been wanting to try it for awhile. Had I known what I was missing, I would have gone early! I enjoyed a late lunch of a Garden Veggie Panini with pasta salad (included). The pasta salad had the perfect amount of dressing and was packed with fresh ingredients. The pasta was perfectly cooked. The panini, although a little soggy on the bottom, was filled with fresh ingredients and a mild sauce that didn't take away from the flavor. The website showed to call to order for pick up but there was also an option to order online. I will be back...and it won't be long!

So impressed with this place! The food was extraordinary, really top shelf, and the service was fantastic! We tried a few of the specials:The meatballs sub (meatballs were the best we have ever had and we are told they are handmade, and served with a marinara sauce that is made from tomatoes grown on the premises), the potato/leek soup (simply wow!), and the caprese (again, home raised tomatos). Marissa, our server, was attentive and pleasant, and the owner/chef, Tim came out to introduce himself. Attention to excellence in this establishment is evident, and the love and passion for the food is obvious not only in the food, but in the decor and the individuals. Great care was taken here in every aspect. Will definitely be a regular here.

Three deviled eggs are incredible in this place. I had my order to go so mine ended up a bit messy once I got to eat them, but it was totally worth it. The smoked salmon didn't look like what I expected but the mix of flavours was not disappointing, it was absolutely delicious as well. Thank you!

Best iced tea I've ever had, fantastic food! Super happy with our visit. Great service. From out of town by over 2 hours but would definitely come again.

This restaurant is the best kept secret we have ever found. Shrug off all expectations and let the food do the talking. This is top tier cuisine that deserves recognition! Tara, our hostess, was full of welcoming energy and equally impressive customer service. Tim, the owner and main chef, has his dishes down to a science. Spectacular food served in the most inventive ways. Also, a great shout out to Ethan, the sous chef on duty for cooking what may be the best pork chops ever! That young man has a bright future. Support local!

This place was fantastic! We had the deviled eggs and they were out of this world deliciousness! Also, the stuffed mushrooms were flavorful and meaty! We both had the greek chicken salad and it was fresh and way more than we could eat. The smoked blue cheese dressing is incredible! I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. Friendly staff and an incredible chef who really cares about making great food!! I will be back!!

Great food every time! I mainly visit for lunch and order carry out to take back to work. I order online and it is always ready by the time is says it will be. I do feel it is a little expensive- but you are paying for the experience and craftsmanship of the chef. Quality of the food is excellent, always tastes amazing! Glad to have this local restaurant to support in Crestwood.

We had an appetizer of bruschetta very good but not a lot of it we also enjoyed the grilled chicken peanut sauce salad which was excellent and a chef special of schnitzel with fried potatoes everything was fantastic.
Friendly staff, good Old Fashioneds.

Pricey, but delicious diner. The food is very good. We eat there or pick up to-go orders regularly and recommend this Crestwood gem!

Absolutely love this place! The food is always delicious. I'm a fan of the Mahi Mahi stir fry. Great service and casual atmosphere.

We wanted to try this restaurant for awhile, finally got around to it and we are obsessed we eat lunch here now 2 days a week! Get the darn cheesecake to go if your to full right then! You will thank me later !

Visited Crestwood Bistro for dinner yesterday. Our first visit but certainly won’t be our last. The food was amazing! We had the deviled eggs and house salads for starters. Both delicious. For dinner we had the pork chops/sweet potato purée/roasted Brussels sprouts and shrimp and grits. Everything was fresh and made to order. The Brussels sprouts were the best we have ever had. The chef came out and spoke with us during dinner. Both he and the server could not have been any more friendly and kind. Love supporting locally owned establishments. Great place to eat!!!

This place is a gem! We are already trying to figure out when to bring the rest of the family. Owner is incredible and you can tell he loves what he does!

Top notch deviled eggs, smoked blue cheese dressing, there's a lot to appreciate here. A really nice option in Oldham County for the price.

Such a gem! Food is amazing! Everything is made from love. Each item has a unique combination of flavors that do not overpower each other. Between the food, service, and drinks there is not one bad thing. You have to try the goat cheese cherry ice cream ❤

I had the most delicious meal here! The food is beautifully prepared and so delicious. Tim the chef knows what he’s doing! Service by Joshua is great! We will be going back and having our holiday lunch here, as they have a cool bar and wines to choose from. This was the best dining surprise I have had in years. Skip the usual chain restaurants - this is a hidden gem!

Their salads are amazing and I can’t help but order one every time I go even though everything on the menu is phenomenal. Hands down some of the best homemade ice cream I’ve ever had. Would recommend to everyone!
