I was referred to Levi by a very sweet young lady that works at the smoke shop I go into on a regular basis. He was very professional and helpful from the start of my phone call. I was not even sure if I wanted to go in that day, but I am so glad I did that same day. Process was very quick and the nurse was pleasant and welcoming.Examination was easy going and comfortable. Received an email with my card within 2 business days. Levi is good with responding to calls in a timely matter with questions you may have.Will definitely be renewing with same company.

2nd time needing to come here. Once 2 years ago and now again. Both times were easier than the places I had my card before. Staff is quick and friendly. Prices are lowest I found. Didn't even have to come into store the 2md time actually. All done over the phone and just sent in pictures of ID and self for ID Card photo. Easy and quick. Had my card within 3 days.
I've sent everyone I know here as this is the best, simplest, and most wallet friendly place I've found.

Awesome place. They Made sure each step i was prepared(had right documents an notes) an that i could still even make my initial appointment. Smooth process. Easy to talk to an communicate with weather you have one question or many questions such as i myself did.

It was a fast and easy experience tbh most times it's a hassle but here it was a breeze because folks is always available to talk if I have questions.

HE SET UP DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT ALL THE WAS TO GETTING MY CARD ACTIVATED.HE IS A DEFINITE ASSET TO MEDCARE. I WANT TO THANK HIM AND ALL WHO ASSISTED ME IN GETTING MY CARD. THIS WILL DEFINITELY MAKE THE PAIN MANAGEABLE AND TOLERABLE

This is Jamie's fiance Kayla McGraw I had an appt scheduled for this Saturday but due to a docters emergency they had to reschedule me and they called me immidetly and scheduled me right back in! I was bummed but the excellent customer service made up for it! They have been great since I have contacted them and I can't wait to goto my appt to renew my card!
