Bobby-Q BBQ Restaurant and Steakhouse

My fiance had been here before and wanted to come back for our anniversary. I'll eat BBQ, but it's not something I usually crave. But the menu looked good with plenty of options.

Olivia was our server and gave fantastic service, she did not rush us and offered advice and answered any questions I had. She recommended the Q-rolls and we went with those for an appetizer. There were 6 rolls total I remembered to take a picture when only 2 were left. They were delicious. A lot of meat in each roll, the BBQ and spicy ranch sauces were good compliments, I do not like ranch but I used mostly the spicy ranch sauce if that tells you anything.

My fiance did a 3 meat selection with Mac and cheese and loaded mashed potatoes. She loved all of it. The meats were cooked perfectly and indicative of the quality and time put into making them.

I was conflicted between the prime rib dip and a burger. After talking with Olivia I went with the prime rib dip. It was loaded with meat. The slices pretty much melted in my mouth. Perfectly sliced and perfectly cooked, no chewy bits or bad bites. I would have liked it to stay warmer throughout but I was going slow and that's not the sandwich's fault. I would try the burger or a meat plate though next time we go. The shoestring fries were great, not one under or over cooked, consistent throughout.

Olivia was prompt on my beer order and kept checking on us, and was great until the end. Definitely talented in how she cleared the entire table's plates in one go with a finger brace while taking payment.

We will definitely be back, even though it's a 35 minute drive.

Alicia, my waitress made my birthday 🎂 a great one 🎊, she brought me a little dessert with a lighted candle 🕯 she was also the bartender and made delicious cocktails🍸. She is very polite and courteous. The food was amazing, the steak was so delicious 😋 Everything was just perfect. I definitely will come back. Very recommend!

First time here. Great BBQ. The restaurant is unique and beautiful. Our waitress was awesome. We will be going back. The potato salad is the best I've had in ages at a restaurant.... the smoked BBQ chicken was to die for and the baby back ribs.... wow fell off the bone. SO GOOD!

Very pleasant and beautiful rustic atmosphere, nicely decorated for Christmas. The food was outstanding across the board. I ordered the brisket Mac 'N cheese, it was the first time I'd had that combination, and I fell in love with it on the first bite. The brisket rolls were excellent as well. Pretty much everything we had with brisket was melt-in-your-mouth good! Even the cornbread was great.

The service was above and beyond great.

The Chevy truck out front with Christmas lights was a great touch, too.

Delicious food and good times at Bobby Q! My favorite appetizer was the Q-rolls. The meat was juicy and tender while the shell was perfectly crispy. For the main, the pork slider was my favorite. Smoked for 18 hours and you can taste that amount of attention and preparation went into it. This was definitely some of the best pulled pork I've had in the Valley. Beyond the delicious food, the staff was absolutely incredible. They were so attentive and kind, capping off the great experience. I will definitely be back!

There was a bit of a wait and well worth it. Some of the best smoked baby back ribs we have had & the smoked sliced brisket was also very good! Orange Blossom beer was very cold and the Bobby's Mule is a fun tequila based mule with fresh ingredients. Service was on point. And the fresh donuts are just the cherry on top! Only negative is the wine list is lacking, a better selection to go with the quality of meats would be great. We spent around $150 with tip for 2 meals each w/2 sides, 2 beers, 1 cocktail ($15ea) & 1 glass of wine(avg. $9ea).

Went for a small retirement party. We split the "whole hog heaven" between 4 adults and still had food left over. Really enjoyed their old fashion whiskey drink. Our waitress did amazing and the management don't not over load her with tables. We were her only focus, it was awesome and made the night that much better.

Shout out to Adam! Because baby he did his job that day! Everything was great. The food was great my drink was great there was this fly 😂 but all in all i enjoyed my self. If you haven't tried these mf Brisket Rolls 😭 you missing out. These are now a treat for me throughout my week.

I have been waiting to try bobby-q’s for the longest time, and it was everything i expected! amazing food and great service :) The pulled pork was honestly the best i’ve ever had, stuffed the in baked potato was delicious and juicy! Followed by the cocktail which was super tasty

We ate at two of their locations. The first one was a smaller one. The food was great. We did get there an hour before closing. They did not have any cornbread or mini donuts. The second one was their bigger location. We had 25 people, and they were able to sit us together. The waitresses rocked. We were able to get each family their own bill. Cornbread was amazing, and so were the donuts. The food was very good too.

Went here for my friends 74th birthday.
Parker was our waiter he was awesome and was right on top of our every need. The atmosphere was great the food was outta this world.

Very good food and quick service. We did make a reservation. The meat trio combo was more than enough for us to share! The brisket egg rolls (not sure that was what they’re called) was good but really just meat in a wrapper. Tender though for being cooked again. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

This is the best BBQ joint in the area, the meat, the service, the ambiance, every category. A must eat place in Phoenix, put it on your agenda as the go to place for the top places in Phoenix to eat.

Our server was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and was very very courteous, & added to the charm and experience of the establishment.

The meat is smoked to perfection, & the sides, they can hold their own..!!

First time trying Bobby-Q BBQ and if you haven’t you don’t know what your missing. The food was beyond amazing. I had pulled pork bbq which was moist and flavored just right. My wife had the bbq chicken which was also very delicious. Chicken was moist and not to much bbq. For the sides we had Mac and cheese, broccoli with garlic butter, mashed potatoes and potato salad. The service was phenomenal! Emily did such an amazing job explaining the menu and she had our drinks always full. If you have any family visiting or want to go to a place where you get way more then you pay for definitely try Bobby Q’s
