The staff were friendly and courteous. They asked if I was a rewards member and checked my account and noted I had a 40% off coupons and a coupon for $3.00. Great experience as usual.

The cashiers were extremely helpful when my coupon wasn’t working. They ended up saving me a ton of money!

I had an amazing experience! I went in to print some pictures for a last minute project and it was late evening, usually when employee's are frustrated and don't wish to be bothered. But, this was not the case. The whole staff was very invested in helping me. The printer was not at my favor and sending the documents from CVS app and the website was not helping to making the process easy. Nancy and Q stuck through to the end. This whole "Getting it right" took us about 1.5hrs (it was 8PM) and not for a minute did they frown or make me feel like I was demanding too much. They were Jovial and determined that I left satisfied.

Thanks again for making my experience a good one. Nancy and Q, Keep being awesome people.

If you are going to this CVS to do anything at all. Go through miss Mia. She is 100% the best employee and treats you like one of her own. Absolutely amazing customer service and always smiling.

I came hear Thurs morning with a 2 and 4 yr old in my car. I needed an eye patch for the 4 yr old but didn't want to bring them in the store. There was a space open in front, so I parked and asked the cashier for help picking out an eye patch for me while I watched my kids in the car from the store front. The employee gave me options of what she knew they had in stock - adhesive or strap - and made her recommendation and the cashier ran and got it from the back of the store for me. I am so appreciative! Grear customer service with professionalism and a smile.

I just wanted to post this as thanks for the staff of the MinuteClinic especially the doctor who helped me, Ju Ry Lee. I went in for ear cleaning after having some hearing issues with one ear, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. After about 10-15 minutes waiting (I arrived early) I was assisted and the doctor let me know that not only was one ear affected by impacted wax but both! IT only took about 10 minutes of cleaning until it was done, and I was shocked at what came out, I'm now hearing the clearest I have in YEARS and the best thing was it was only $20 with insurance. Highly recommend getting your ears cleaned professionally here if you have trouble with buildup or hearing. This has literally changed my life, thanks so much to Ju Ry Lee, you're awesome! :)

I entered the store at 5:30 pm to pick up a prescription that had been called in from Urgent Care approximately 20 minutes earlier. It was quite near the Saturday night pharmacy closing time of 6 pm. Thankfully the Techs were able to fill the needed antibiotic before closing. I felt that I was seen as a valuable customer. That's as good as one could hope for!

I have called several CVS pharmacies today and was put on 30+ minute holds, never speaking to a pharmacist. This pharmacy answered within 10 minutes and were super kind and helpful! This is definitely my new go to CVS

I’m here from out of state and needed the Minute Clinic for a minor injury. I didn’t realize that they are not taking walk-ins due to Covid. I had some trouble making an appointment with the phone number and online so I went in to see if someone could help me. Bianca was Healthcare Concierge. She is so helpful and friendly and kind. She showed me a kiosk I could use to schedule and as I was using it, she was making sure everyone around her was finding what they needed in the store.

When I came back for my appointment Bianca was still there and recognized me and greeted me like I was an old friend. I was seen promptly and was pleased with my care. As I was waiting for my prescription, it was pretty busy. There’s Bianca, she went behind the Pharmacy counter to help.

I don’t mean to ramble but Bianca is a true gem. She is the kind of person that people need in the times we’re living in. She exudes beautiful, positive energy. Thank you Bianca!!!

While trying to pick up my prescription I experienced an error from my insurance provider that resulted in 0 coverage. Jenny, a fantastic pharmacist at this location was very patient with me while I tried to find alternative discount options and even assisted with price matching to give me the best rates. She provided a solution to a very frustrating event and I'm very grateful that she tended to me that day. Thanks again Jenny!

The 1610 Camelback location is centrally located and the perfect stop for daily essentials and/or prescriptions. Every time I come in, Bianca has been so helpful and a delight. I love her positive energy and eagerness to help out any time I stop by. She is a great asset to the company and I think she deserves all the praise. I also do not do very many reviews but felt compelled to for her. Thank you Bianca for all you do!

Great pharmacy, wont fill anywhere else. I end up driving 10 min out of my way past other pharmacies to come here. The staff truly cares about you as a person, and the pharmacy manager Zac is great about answering any and all questions I have about my drug regimen. I think I saw him wearings crocs though so a bit of a turn off. A+ service though.

The CVS is fine and operates well, considering the nexus of activity it handles. This is one of the busiest intersections in the city, nearby the elite-class shopping of the Biltmore while being walking distance to social workers, rehab clinics, drug clinics, halfway houses, and other freaks. There is no gang activity or graffiti, and the place is clean and well-stocked. Even with all the crazies coming to get their drugs, the pharmacy staff is commendably efficient and polite with everyone. As weird as it sounds, I would rather stop here than in a ghetto suburb like the east or west valley. The parking lot is full of BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Tesla, and recent models of Honda, Toyota, etc. Of course, idiots will sit out front and ask for money; until the managers politely shoo them away or the random bully-cop tackles them on the way in to get his booze. Its a CVS, and always just one step ahead of the nearby Circle K. Duh.

Great selection and open 24hrs! So annoying when most of these convenience stores don't open til 8 or 9 am.

The general store employee is very helpful, and he has wonderful costumer service.
