Fry’s Food Stores

This store is very clean and organised, excellent customer service. They are supplied with pretty much everything. If I am looking for something and the shelf is empty, I ask a Fry's employee and they go inside and bring it out for me. That is an outstanding customer service. The Deli department employees are super happy to help you. Cashiers are very friendly.
I live close to another Fry's store but I rather drive a couple more miles and shop at this store. Thank you.

I couldn't possibly give any higher rating. I called Penn who is the floral department manager and told her that I am in FL and trying to get flowers to my gf. I told her I needed a little help to make it special and she not only went out of her way but she gave me so much hope that there are people that really love making others feel good and share happiness. It really meant so much! Thanks Penn :)

Like having a cart to shop. No carts at the Thomas store. The Muslin pharmacy tech was kind and gracious helping transfer my meds from another Fry's. I like this Fry's. Helpful and patient and sense of humor meat guys. I like the sushi bar and the Starbucks when i need to get a Venti water. Except, no electrical plugs at Starbucks to charge your phone or use your laptop while the better half is shopping. Milk is more than the usual $2.29 typical price of Frys gallon of milk. Also, not enough handicapped parking. Had to park across Petsmart.

The bakery made cakes for me for a whole week and were all ready each morning at 6:30 am. A LOT of cakes! Barb is awesome. Thank you!

I received excellent customer service from Sylvia at store 129. She helped me pick out the perfect gift for someone's special day:) She went above and beyond to help me prepare the gift and even included a gift card.

Beat Fry's I've ever been to. They have excellent deals on things I actually care about. For a while they had buy 1 get 1 free on bagels and cinnamon swirl bread and now chobani creamer is 1.99... plus my bustelo k cups are 5.99... best deals ever. Even picked up a sloth for the GF's bday... Just so good! So good!

A clean & organized store with helpful employees. So helpful as I was in line for 5 minutes with Deborah the Cashier who was helping me out with all things digital coupons, rewards card & etc.

Kudos to the patient customer behind me as she was taking notes too. The store offers a good variety of healthy & plant based options along with a huge inventory of wine, spirits & wellness products.

I must say I was surprised by the freshness of the Sushi as I don't eat store bought. Yet the Cali Roll & Inari was impressive. The Sushi Team are welcoming & accommodating.

Penn is a passionate, professional, well-rounded florist and let me tell you why. I met Penn at the florist department inside of Fry’s Food Stores on N 20th Street and E Highland Avenue. Immediately, she was extremely helpful answering all of my questions and sharing additional information and knowledge about the flowers I was purchasing. Penn works above and beyond and from our first interaction we exchanged information and got the ball rolling on a less than one-week project for 100 singled-wrapped roses! She is a proactive and personable communicator, intentional about the preparation of the flowers, and diligent. I am impressed and Penn exceeded my company’s expectations for this project. Even after the event, which was for Bricks Studio’s Company showcase, she followed-up to receive additional feedback. Penn is a loyal florist, and because of her work we were able to show recognition to our dancers through the beauty of flowers!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH PENN!

My favorite fry’s location, they have EVERYTHING you’re looking for, they have lots of organic products, vegan options etc.

Great store with good layout has a beautiful produce section with lots of variety and a wonderful meat department. Easy in and out lots of staff at check out.

So, our daughters birthday party was on March 20th, this last Sunday. We ordered all of our sandwiches and our cake from here. We also brought our balloons to be filled up here as well. Let me tell you, everything came out to be perfect! The customer service from every department was amazing. Everything was made on time right at 10 AM and beyond our expectations! Penn in the floral department and Sergio in the bakery were especially awesome. I forgot the guys names in the deli department, but they were great too. They all deserve some sort of raise or something because they were great, really.

Penn was incredible helping me assort balloons at a very late time. She’s helpful and sweet !!

This Fry's is a bit out of the way for me. I actually drive by two other Fry's to get to it. It's also a bit on the busier side so if you can go outside of peak hours it's a good idea.

But it's worth it either way if you like fresh foods. The bakery, deli and meat sections seem better run than other Fry's I've been to. Cleaner, fresher breads, better looking cuts of fish.

And most importantly: Murray's Cheese. The Murray's Cheese counter in this Fry's has the most impressive selection of great cheeses you're gonna find in this part of the world. Best Camembert I've had outside of France and well worth the extra drive time.

Great place to shop so they hired a new security guard in gentleman which is calling and harassing people when they're trying to walk back into the store or when you work for another company for the Plaza he's a Caucasian short gray spiky hair no and I like heavy side

Lisa at customer service was literally the most helpful today. We are from out of town and she made the money transfer moment so calm and easy - it was a blessing and we are so thankful for Lisa.

This is one of the busiest stores and you guys do a great job keeping it stocked. Produce area is always full and the lady in the meat dept. Has helped me for over a decade. Keep up the hard work!

good service, clean and tidy places, well presentable and friendly employees, there are varieties of cakes that other Frys stores do not do, I recommend that you go to that place, the saddest thing is that it is very far from where I live but it is the best frys they can find.

Huge store. Lots of products. Well lit and clean. Women's Restroom in back was clean, but creepy. It's down a hall and through two doors. It felt very isolated. Clearance section of the store was messy and not much was good there.
