Cohearts Riverhouse

This was my birthday lunch and hubby chose to try here. We drove over and parked then walked up to the front door. The room we walked into was so welcoming and the server greeted us in a timely manner. We sat down ordered drinks and an appetizer. The server brought us a fresh loaf of warm bread with butter and it was wonderful. We ordered the special and it was so much food we brought some home. It is a wonderful get away to eat and enjoy the view. The food and service were excellent. We will be back.

Quaint setting on the river & AMAZING food! We had the chicken vegetable chili with a grilled cheese and coffee. The soup was bottomless and so wonderful! The fresh bread she brought out while we waited was piping hot still. Perfect! Highly recommend this place! We would definitely come back! ❤

The place is small on the inside, but the quality of the food is fantastic. The perfect place to bring your family for lunch or dinner. The best view of the Ohio River in all the state. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a casual dinner in an intimate setting.

Finally got to eat here after wanting to for years. Had the catfish nugget special. Food was delicious. Much seemed homemade. The homemade loaf of bread for the table was a nice touch. Loved the atmosphere and the server was extremely nice, attentive, and competent. Prices were very reasonable. Overall a fantastic experience. Look forward to returning.

Lovely dining by the riverfront. Very fresh entrees. Lemonade Pie is Divine. A must try. Right on the banks of the Ohio River.

Stopped while on the Ohio scenic Highway. Food was great! Nice selection of dinners, soups and sandwiches. Sat in a room with a view of the river. And the desserts were homemade- DELICIOUS!

What a nice place for Sunday lunch. I had the BBQ pork and chicken plate. So much meat I had to bring most of it home. This could have easily been enough for both of us. Morgan was our server. He was easily the most thorough, accurate, thoughtful, precise server I've ever had in the history of ever! And he's only 15 years old! We'll definitely be back. You should try them out. You'll like it...I guarantee it!

Service was a little slow to be seated, but o ce we were they were very friendly and attentive. Food was delicious. I had the grilled vegetable salad with chicken 😚 and Jerry had a burger, it was perfectly cooked. The house bread was amazing!! My salad was different with the grilled vegetables, I wished I had taken a picture. I'll do better.

The food was excellent! Perfectly prepared cat fish and homemade tartar sauce! My husband loved his manly burger too. Super sweet waitress. Will definitely go back hopefully, often ☺👍👌

Everything was absolutely fabulous! The chicken tortellini soup, the potato skins, and chicken salad! The best part was the chocolate raspberry rum cake, it was out of this world! Staff is very friendly even though they were extremely busy. I wish I lived closer so I could come here more often.

What a unique restaurant. Plz do not go in demanding your food immediately..Because, the adorable waitress was patient with us as we lingered talking, then looking at menus. Ordering was great and since everything is cooked to your order, of course you wait...it's NOT fast food, but a delightful, full of days gone by ambiance and we LOVED THE FOOD., Go with those who love to talk and not just sit there looking at your watch.
...It was joyous and delicious. Three of us ordered fish basket...(cod) one ordered catfish chicKen strips and grilled cheese with tomato..of course we had a starter platter of fried broccoli, fried corn hush puppies and more chicken strips...13yr olds loved it...after we walked to the soda Shoppe....yes, even on full tummies, then gazed at the sun setting on the Ohio River. What a beautiful view and quaint little restaurant...THANK YOU!!!

Love this place!! Feels like home. We have been visiting for decades. Friendly service and great food. We always get their deep fried green beans, best around. Our grandkids call it the place with the good bread!!!

Wonderful food and service on top of the beautiful riverview and atmosphere of river house. We had a large dinner party and everyone was equally pleased. Would highly recommend! I personally did not order the deserts being to full but was given the opportunity to taste the chocolate rum rasberry cake and it was delisious as well!

The best place to eat. Nice and cozy with a view of the river. Not overly priced. Hamburgers very good. I had the special which was the beef stew. Very tasty. Will definitely go back.

Bravo!! Homemade and delicious! Fresh iced tea, the best soup and bread. All homemade. Small menu so the kitchen doesn't get overwhelmed. Anything you get is going to be perfect. Cute waitresses.

By far the best restaurant in our little town of Ripley. Our team ate there a couple weeks ago and gave Cohearts a feature in our travel film series. It was delightful, and the experience we had made my girlfriend want to stop in for brunch around a week ago. We certainly plan on coming back again and again!

Best food and service in town. ❤ The place has a warm, homemade feeling, and the food is sooo good. Seriously, you need to eat here at least once. 😁

Fantastic food and service. Best burger I've had in a while. Owner is the cook and gracious. Highly recommend it if you are traveling through.
