Verizon

This was the best experience I have had since I joined Verizon, 3 years ago. Matthew was my sales person and he really listened, and was excellent at explaining everything completely. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them all. Great place!!!! He transferred my data from old to new phone. He sold me a tablet, and I saved money. All questions asked by a ‘less than tech savvy’ person ’ were answered. Highly recommend.

Missy was a great help with helping pick out phones and her expertise in helping transfer our data was great. Very personable and friendly. Very accomodating to help with all of our questions. She is a great asset to your company.

Brady was very helpful he helped me fix my phone after the old one stopped working highly recommend his he's the best!

I went in today after being on the phone with Verizon for over 2 hours. I came in, I was helped right away & they were able to fix my issue within 5 minutes. Everyone was friendly & knowledgeable!!!!

Matthew is amazing! I took my husband's old phone to be switched to his new one (we are not too tech savvy). He helped us switch them, gave us great conversation, and almost sold us a case... it didn't fit the new phone. I highly recommend going to the Georgetown Verizon store. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Went to this location to buy a wireless charging pad. Matthew was very helpful, he even helped put a new screen protector on the phone even though it was purchased from Amazon. Great customer service, highly recommend and thank you Matthew.
