MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub

Top tier restaurant for sure! We found this place on a trip to Montana. We loved it so much, that we went back, and found other locations to eat at along the way home! It's fantastic. I got the small pizza, half stockman (yes, it has steak strips on it!!) and half smoking Q. I'm a craft pizza snob, and these two flavors are in the top 5 best I've had. Wife got the rancher, and it was delicious. Even my daughter's Mac and cheese pizza from the kids menu was way better than normal pizza. My wife has written the company trying to get them to open one in Tennessee. Absolutely try this place, you'll love it! We are going back again tomorrow, going to try burgers, and can't wait!

Update - went back the next day, California Burger was awesome! Guacamole and pineapple salsa with bacon, yes please! Fries were extra good.

Very very clean outside and inside, with plenty of parking.
~Bar area is well organized with a well trained Bartender.
~Diverse menu with an attentive wait staff.
~Plenty of seating and booths in a well designed layout.
~Great music 🎶 at the bar with any choice of libations and a good selection on tap.
~The food is balanced in taste, hot/fresh and cooked very well.

If you want a great day to visit and not be rushed or a long wait come on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

**Great place to bring a date or have a fun family meal even birthdays.

I normally don't give 5 stars this location impressed me.

We came to MacKenzie River due to the recommendation of a good friend. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere when we were there wasn't bad as we got there before the dinner rush. It was also a Monday. There is ample seating in the bar area and plenty of TVs. The decor has an outdoor, woodsy feel to it. Our server, Leah, was excellent and attentive. They have burgers, sandwiches, pizzas etc. We all chose burgers. They're quite large, but not too bad. My burger had blue cheese crumbles, BBQ sauce, onion straws, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. So good. We also had Spinach Artichoke Dip and California Club Rolls. The egg rolls were awesome and the dip was ok. We want to come back and try some different items.

First time diner, long time admirer of positive vibes for this well known restaurant. Atmosphere is casual with fine appointments of comfort and memorabilia. Excellent menu with many great choices. Reuben sandwich rules and had to try. So very delicious and fresh. Will try again. Highly recommended. Handicap Accessible and Parking is great all around. Children friendly. Easily seen from road. Definitely a repeat for me.

Enjoyed our latest visit to MacKenzie River. The place was empty so we got sat quickly. Our server was quick with drinks and refills. The food was a little longer than i would have imagined with how slow they were, but we were visiting with friends, so i didn't mind. The checks took longer than normal to get. The food was delicious, but they were out of fish, which impacted half of our table. Will return for the food variety and low key atmosphere.

All of the food we ordered was good, our server was awesome, the restaurant decor is clean and modern. It's very cool inside, nice getaway from the heat. They have a beautiful bar off centered in the middle of the restaurant. They played awesome old school music including Stevie Nicks while we were there. And the kids were thrilled that they gave them real crayola crayons and a big sheet (kids menu) with activities on the front and blank on the back to keep them busy.

I had a delightful experience with Timiyah as my host. Her warm and welcoming demeanor created a pleasant atmosphere. While free water wasn't served, her kindness and hospitality overshadowed any minor inconvenience. I can't comment on the food, but based on her excellent service, I'm sure it's just as enjoyable. Highly recommend Timiyah as a gracious host!

We always have a great experience here. Their burgers are big and amazing. The pizza is great. Great lunch special for $11.00. Awesome rewards on their app.

This is my favorite restaurant!! I come here frequently after work! This Friday night 6/1/22 was the best experience I’ve had in a while! They were playing the best up beat music & it put everyone in a great mood! Normally it’s more of a chill vibe but tonight it was extra fun! The street corn nachos were the BOMB! The bartender Nicki & Servers Josh & Lisa always make sure I’m taken care of & are always super sweet! Me & my friends will be back next week!

Great atmosphere! Large bowl of clam chowder was great, contained lots of clams, although, maybe a bit too salty. Greek salad was very good. Restaurant was clean and service was good.

Menu variety is good. Food is tasty. Service is a little slow. It's a family friendly place and almost never has a long wait to get a seat.

Mackenzie River Pizza really impressed us! We got great food for a solid price. The whole family was able to find something that they loved and did not feel restricted by the menu in the slightest. We will definitely be coming back and I encourage everyone to give this place a try!

We waited for 12 minutes for someone to come up and acknowledge we were needing to be seated. Server Joe came up and apologized for us having to wait so long. Note, Joe is a server, not the hostess. Hostess was no where to be found. Thankfully, Joe was also our server. We have had him before and he is outstanding. Whatever you are paying Joe is not enough. He is Great. From now on every time I come to Mackenzie River I will ask for Joe.

Totally original menu. Flatbreads, pizza, sammies, soup, salad. My Caesar salad was huge and loaded with fresh anchovies (by request). Attentive service.

Great place to eat and relax. Wonderful service. Now, adding steaks and fish to their menu.

Decided to try somewhere new for dinner with a friend and we really enjoyed it! The Humble pie pizza was our favorite, but everything we tried was delicious! Stevie was our server and she was fantastic! I will definitely be back!

Everything was great with food and service.
Bathrooms need attention on repairs doors don't lock lighting, which is very bad bulbs burnt out

The Italian chicken panini is amazing! Hardly anyone there since we were there eating dinner at 9:40pm.

I can't say anything but good stuff about this place. Good food, good service, good atmosphere and prices that are in line with any other nice restaurant. The atmosphere is great! I love the pulled pork but they have a huge menu. I highly recommend.
