Blaze Pizza

I don’t expect much for airport food but was pleasantly surprised by this Blaze location. Staff is super friendly. Food takes a bit to cook but they use fresh ingredients and the pizza comes out tasty at a good price. Some bar and table space available but gets crowded during meal times. For the convenience and price, a solid CVG meal option! Would definitely get again.

My family ate there on 4/1/24 and it was the first time for all of us (69 y/o male, 8 y/o female, 40 y/o female, 43 y/o male). We had the green strip and bbq chicken pizzas. They were both delicious and liked by all. The staff was super friendly and quick with their service.

I could smell this place from my gate, and wavered on trying it based on the negative reviews. The amazing scent of fresh baked pizza won over, and I'm glad it did. I was at the tail end of the lunch rush, yet the employees were incredibly friendly, and I had my food in less than 20 minutes. They didn't complain when I switched my order from dine in to carry out after I realized all the tables were occupied.

Also worth noting, the specialty pizza and a drink came in right around $15. That's about the same price at the Mod Pizza chain, and those aren't in an airport! Even the fast food chains at BWI raise their prices "because airport", so I was surprised and impressed with Blaze.

I had a pizza from this place this afternoon. Everything went well, good service, great pizza .I wonder why so many negative reviews here. The pizza was great and the service was excellent!!!

We ate at Blaze Pizza at the CVG airport on 5/3/24. The service was great, the food was really good too. Vegan & Keto choices… among many gourmet flavors . They were very fast too! Gloria was so pleasant & had a great sense of humor…. Most people in the service industry today are definitely not customer service oriented… Especially in the airport… we were pleasantly surprised. After we ate, we received meal vouchers from our airlines…. for the three hour delay we were experiencing. I truly thought it was received a little bit too late…. We had just finished our pizza & walked to our gate…

I was able to go back to Blaze Pizzs and Gloria refunded my pizza & drinks & I was able to use my food voucher…🙂 . I honestly didn’t expect to be able to do this!

Once again…. Great service! Gloria needs recognized for her outstanding customer service!!

Really upbeat staff. Super good customer service. They took extra time to ensure what allergens were in the two different gluten free options. We really appreciate that level of customer service. The pizza was delicious and affordable. Thank you.

The team that served myself and the other customers around me were courteous and customer centric. They were all kind and respectful. The pizza was delicious. They may not have been lightening fast, but the wait time wasn't even close to excessive...which was what I was expecting just before noon! If I come back through here, I'll definitely order again. Wish I could have tipped the team for a superb job!

These guys are AWESOME. We just finished eating their pizza, which was delicious, but it was before the meal that was super impressive. First of all, it's really cool to watch them make the pizza. Watching the dough balls pop up from a machine is particularly entertaining, and everyone does their part to make an awesome tasting and looking pizza. Most impressive today, however, was how they handled two customers with a significant language barrier. The amazing lady at the register was so patient with them, and so sweet, despite being certainly frustrated. All the staff handled it really well. The kicker was the guy paying with cash (i think a hundred dollar bill), she's counting out all their change, and he asks if he can switch and pay with a card. I was incredulous. She handled it with grace. We told her we were really impressed with how her and her team handled the situation.

We were able to order and eat before our flight. They prepared our gluten-free pizza with care and safety. Separate cutter and prep plate.

To other reviews-- If you're in a rush to catch a plane, don't blame the restaurant for your lack of time management while you wait on food.

What’s not to like about the pizzas from here?! NYC style, established process and plenty of toppings and options to customize your pizza. They even do half and half, and has vegan meat options which is delicious btw. I am so glad to find this at the airport

Have eaten here twice. Once for a build your own breakfast burrito thing and another time for pizza. It was really good, and well priced!
