I hadn’t shopped at Target in a long time due to my experience of having poor service. Last night I visited the store and was so very pleasantly surprised by the customer service received. I needed to download the Target app to receive a discount and Kaylee was more than happy to take the time to help me through the process. She didn’t have to do this but she did and was so very patient and helpful. It was a great shopping experience and I will be back!

I ordered online and choose curbside pickup. It was fast and efficient. Soon ad I pulled into my spot and put the spot number into the app. An associate was already on the way to my car with my purchases. She was friendly and also made me provide the 4 digit number before I received it. Great way to ensure that it is the right person. She was very friendly. The curbside pickup is the way to go if you didn't have time to shop around. It also saved my man ALOT of money 💰 🤑, so he was also pleased with the service 😀 😄 😁

Good choice. Picked up a couple items. Found more. Reminded me of others. Bought them. I was shocked at Distilled Water. I get it for $1.29 back home. Double here.

They're so friendly and helpful. I love this target. Only thing I don't like is their Starbucks. It's always dirty, hardly ever open and the workers are to focused on themselves.

Clean, usually pretty organized, my only complaint is that the shoe section was kind of destroyed but it also looked like the we're renovating/reorganizing the store so I don't think it was entirely their fault.

Target has a wonderful return policy. It’s easy and quick and I’ve always experienced friendly workers.

I've always experienced great customer service at any Target location I've visited. I simply love the merchandise quality and pricing. No matter what I've purchased, I've always been satisfied with my purchases. Thank you Target!

Jane gave me so many options turning me onto better ideas than I originally had. Doing all of this while making my experience soooo pleasant.

Nice and clean Target. Wasn’t overly busy and was able to check out with a cashier with no wait. Good selection of products and a helpful app to aid in locating items you’re looking for.

The remodel is great. The layout will take a little getting used to but that can't be helped.
Same great employees to help with any questions you might have.
Just bought a new tablet and there was an issue with it (I assume a damage in shipment) so I needed to exchange. I came back the very next day and finished the exchange quickly. What could have been a time consuming process ended up being a pleasant experience.
For those who say they donshop Target because it's more expensive than WM: The exact same Tablet was also on Sale there for $30 more than I just paid. Just putting it out.

Larisa was extremely helpful! Needed help finding a couple items and price-checking and she seemed very knowledgeable on where everything was located! One of my best target experiences thanks to her!
New: Today Elliot helped me find a CD I was looking for. There weren't any on the shelves but some in the back and they went and got it from the back for me. I was very appreciative!

I had not been here too much but the updates are pretty amazing. It's a more clean, upscale look and items are easier to find, a much better shopping experience.

I love this location and it’s employees. The only thing I wish I could change about target is the pricing. I feel like some things are just way too overpriced. I’ll look at something I’m extremely interested in buying and look at the price tag and feel like it’s just too pricey. On the other hand I do like the cheapness and cuteness of their baby clothes. I feel like I walk out of Target with like 2 items costing me $200 (which is an obvious exaggeration) but besides that I am always impressed with the customer service, kindness, and attentiveness of the employees. They always look super hard at work and easy to approach. I unfortunately have not heard the best things about how they are treated though. I have also noticed that I will see things on targets app and I go into the store and I almost never can find that specific item. It’s either not at the florence store or it’s out of stock. Just some of my observations overall I love Target.

I love Target. They have a new look and it’s easier to find everything. Optical is the best. Love the people and their helpfulness.
