Quality Inn & Suites CVG Airport

Great place to stay if you need to stay close to the airport. Very industrial area very clean and quite not very busy. Staff was very attentive and very friendly always keeping everything clean.
Very close to local town where breakfast is available and restaurants and grocery stores. Breakfast is available with your stay if you want waffles and coffee and something to grab on the go then this place is for you.

Not sure what some of these whiny reviews are about. This place is great! While it’s a very affordable option, the staff really go above and beyond to accommodate guests. Krishna was super helpful to us. I really like the shuttle bus and long term parking options available to guests as well. Overall, I would stay here again and I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of our stay for the price. Also, here’s an early congratulations for your degree, Krishna!

I’ve stayed here three times now and they have all been good. Clean rooms. Nice staff. And a hot breakfast. What more can I ask for.

We use the hotel lot for long term parking… staff are always professional & kind. Also, after reading one of the rude comments … their English is just fine. Also, the lobby & bathrooms are always clean & tidy.

Didn't stay used Park in fly though for the week I went to vagas got us there quick and called the hotel directly and came got us really quick close to the airport and my car was fine all week tmand very economical to park here and fly out will use it again on my next trip to Las Vagas.

Staff is very friendly and supporting. We were leaving early before breakfast time but the person brought us some cupcakes to go, I was able to update my room. Shuttle service is there. Room was cleaned every day. I had good experience.

Staff was some of the nicest people I've ever encountered while traveling. Our flight was cancelled and they were very accommodating in getting us a room and setting up shuttle and parking service. The breakfast is well stocked and well maintained. Overall great and would recommend!

We have enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff has been top notch since day one. The shuttle ran on time to and from the airport. Large hot breakfast in the morning and super clean pool. The rooms were just as clean with very good cleaning service. The front desk attendant could put a smile on anyone's face. We appreciate the excellent service and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Stayed here and took the shuttle to the airport. Super convenient! We'll go back for sure!

Requested a shuttle past their official time of service (past midnight), Krishna, who was also leading front desk, went extra miles to help several customers by running the shuttle past midnight due to delayed flight… unfortunately we did have people who don’t appreciate but always like to complain about everything. Krishna handled this situation professionally and with good focus. Way to go!!! And thanks for all of your efforts to continue to improve this service.

Perfect location for CVG airport. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to airport was on time and courteous. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel staff. Most of them were indian. They have shuttle services. They have parking services. Rooms were clean. It just abt 2 miles away from airport. Can't expect anything more.

Nice hotel. Very accommodating and polite staff. Excellent airport shuttle, and the best parking rate if you need to leave your car for a few days.

My personal experience only…it was a clean, well-managed hotel. The floor in my room was tile, so no odors. Hallway carpet was also clean and odor-free.

My flight was delayed so I missed the last shuttle. I took an Uber and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and efficient - especially for 1am. The room was outdated, but clean. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. It was very quiet and a convenient location to CVG!

Best experience from a hotel. Its a smoking hotel & best hot water around. They accommodated me with very little notice without charging me extra. Very nice room, just an awesome place 2 stay. They also provided a shuttle service to & from the hotel 2 the airport. I would recommend Quality Inn 2 anyone looking 2 stay.5 stars from me.

This is a nice clean hotel with plenty of parking. The staff were all nice and helpful. They have a shuttle bus that picked us up very quickly. They have a nice warm breakfast selection. The bed was nice and comfortable and the room was very roomy.

First of all , I have to say i had my doubts due to the low rates and the few negative reviews. Being that this is my first time out of my home state Colorado. This place alone has gone above and beyond to make our stay here in Ky the absolute best. I can't say enough how gracious and helpful the whole staff has been from the time I called to ask questions before mine and my 12 year old sons arrival, to the time of our departure. This place is clean and fairly updated. It's free shuttle service to the airport is included in price and again the staff is amazing. Especially the managers at the front desk. They seem like they genuinely care about they're customers and literally will do whatever is possible to make your stay comfortable and convenient. I never once got treated differently because of how I look or unfairly because of how I come off. Quality inn Suites in Enlager Kentucky is an absolute steal of a deal if you are looking for a comfortable bed a clean ,roach less, bed bug less, room that's conveniently located near the airport and major hwy. With a staff that is A-1.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bed quite big. Amazing for its price! AC works just fine, internet pretty dang fast, bathrooms are clean and water quite warm. The staff will accomodate to their ability. The only downside would be water pressure and no lights on the room entrance?

I was on a business trip, would definitely stay again.
