Residence Inn by Marriott Cincinnati Airport

Great place to meet up with family friends for the weekend! We came up from TN for a Cubs vs Reds game. Our friends from NC met us here and we had the best time. Great sleep and really good options for breakfast.

Staff and hospitality was excellent. We enjoyed the $5 wine to-go from the snack area by the front desk. The kids played pickle ball and us adults had the best time catching up by the fire pit. So lovely!

Great stay if you need a hotel to relax and enjoy with family or friends.

Stayed a night in mid Feb. Friendly staff and great room. Only a few minutes outside Cincinnati which was great!

Great place to stay the night before your flight. They let you keep your car at the hotel and shuttle you to the airport for free.

I have stayed several times at this hotel. I gotta say that Ely always goes out of his way to be helpful and friendly. He makes me feel so welcome. He makes my trip every time.

We went for a business trip and it felt like vacation. The room was spacious and clean. The exterior was out of a magazine with all the flowers and beautiful gazebo. Thank you to all the staff that made sure we were fed and hydrated.

This is a very nice and clean Residence Inn!!! Front desk and housekeeping are wonderful and accommodating. The breakfast selection is great and the rooms are spacious. The 1 thing that is odd is that the shower is not enclosed so water ends up on the shower mat. I don't like this but otherwise EXCELLENT place to stay!!!!

The house keeper we had during our stay was amazing I can’t remember her name but it started with a J she had bright red hair and she just went above and beyond for us
Only thing I didn’t like about the room was some of the cups we went to use was dirty but that’s a very simple fix. I’m just a housekeeping manager myself so I usually spot things wrong in a room it’s out of habit.
Brian was super helpful and gave us a late check out due to us having some things to do before we leave
My only complaint is with front desk I asked for my room to be serviced due to us ending up with more kids then planned and they told me they couldn’t give me service which I know is not true and they also wouldn’t give us a late check out that’s why I talked to Brian and he met our needs which was very helpful.
The pool was Amazing and the breakfast staff was very friendly not to mention a nice selection 😊
Front desk was never at the desk when we needed items but we found the housekeeper who helped us so kudos to her!

Awesome place. Clean room and bathroom. Loved the fireplace outside at night. Guests were very friendly with other guests as they enjoyed their stay so much. Loved the breakfast staff and their happy attitudes early in the morning. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay at more Residence Inns!

Our family was in town for two nights & this was the perfect location to visit The Ark. The rooms were clean & spacious. Front desk staff very pleasant & the breakfast attendants, Marsia Tritsch & Shawnna Cayuga were especially wonderful. These ladies made an amazing breakfast! Truly genuine, sweet & attentive! We hope to visit again!

Nichole checked us in after a long flight and an hour wait for our luggage, and a rental car agent who didn't even say hello, literally not a word. Nichole was happy, friendly and helpful even though it was late and at the end of her shift.

The room was great, spacious, had some road noise, but not too bad. BUT EVERY WINDOW WAS UNLOCKED! I find that concerning. I happened to notice when I was closing the curtains. Unfortunately we forgot to mention it before we left.

Breakfast was decent, dining area needs to be bigger though.

The Residence was a very nice place clean..the staff was very friendly and always willing to help..The breakfast was wonderful..it isn't usual to get a free breakfast with such a great selection.. also a great location...I recommend it ..you won't be sorry..

Easy on and off access to 275 and the many restaurants and shopping choices. Modern rooms and easy parking around the hotel.

Very good hotel. I stayed here for a week last and this year and they have never failed me. This place would never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down. Never gonna turn around and desert you. So basically I highly recommend this hotel. That is all.

This place is awesome! Kristen went out of her way to help me several times. She was amazing. Eli at the front desk was really cool and very helpful. He made everything so easy and took a lot of stress off of my shoulders. The breakfast here is the best breakfast I've had at any hotel and the two ladies that work there when I had breakfast, Shawna and Marsia, Made the food and the atmosphere very pleasant and enjoyable. Best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel! My favorite thing was the spinach and cheese quiche. I highly recommend it! Also, my room attendants, jahniah and kanesha, went out of their way to help me. They made the checkout process so much easier for me. They even bagged up my dirty clothes and loaded the baggage cart for me with two large suitcases, one roller bag, groceries and a smaller carryon bag! After leaving some dirty clothes in the room on accident, they even bagged those up and caught up with me outside! Really the housekeeping staff on my floor during my stay was amazing. They didn't bother me like other places I've stayed. They were super cool and very pleasant.

The breakfast was good.... even had biscuits and gravy as well as waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. The only thing we didn't like in the room is that the sink in the bathroom does not have a door to the bedroom, so if one person gets up earlier than the other, the light shines on the bed. The toilet and tub are beyond the sink and there is a door separating that from the sink and closet. Otherwise, very nice.

Good room layout with kitchen setup. Convenient for the family to have weekend staycation. Front desk is kind and greeted guests with warm at late hour.

Swimming pool is at outdoor. They offer me the furthers room of the building (from the lobby, you have to walk across the parking lot in the middle of the hotel). No big deal

For traveller who need to go to airport early, please be note the hotel transport is full typically for 3:00am and 4:00am slot.

Just make sure you book it earlier or you have to call Lyft.

Clean, friendly, and safe. Everyone who works here was pleasant and accommodating.

Parking lot felt safe at night, some parking spots are better lit than others.

Breakfast staff were on top of things, nothing ran out, and an announcement was made prior to the buffet closing.

A great place to stay if you are just passing through or need a place to stay while you visit the Ark and Creation museums. We will stay at this property again if we return in the future.
