Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Airport

Super close to the airport, the area is safe and within decent walking to the river if you want to make a trek.
The hotel gym is one of the nicest I’ve seen at a courtyard and wow, bistro has the best Cobb salad I’ve ever had. Service is quality here as well, all the employees I’ve run into are friendly.

Traveling for business first time staying here at this Marriott once again beautifully maintained I was given my room when I opened up the room, it’s a two bedroom suite kitchen stove, refrigerator that size 3 TVs impeccably clean the grounds around the building are beautiful as you can see in the picture. Will stay here. I hope so.

Great value! I wad impressed because the hotel is very modern! It's rare to see very modern hotels nowadays. Great price and service. I will come back here for sure.

Everything about the hotel was great but the real reason for the 5 star review was the staff, Miss Wanda. The staff checking us in was great but the following morning when we met Miss Wanda was memorable. We had an early morning flight and had a 3.5 year old with us who is not a morning girl. We went down to get breakfast and discovered we were an hour early. Miss Wanda jumped in and got my daughter milk and cereal and spent the morning talking with us. My daughter eventually opened up to her and they were playing tag and Miss Wanda braided my daughters hair. My daughter absolutely loved her and Miss Wanda is one of the sweetest ladies you’ll ever meet. Then to find out she is retired, has 13 (i think) kids, some of which are adopted. Miss Wanda deserves a huge raise and working for corporate

Wanda & Pam gave exceptional service.. very upbeat & good with the guests. Matt, also.
I only encountered rudeness once as I was waiting for shuttle, ended up calling uber. Nothing to do with shuttle driver, but instead with man behind the counter. Wanda kept apologizing, but it wasn't her fault.
Regardless, not enough to dampen my trip.. the Marriott in Pittsburgh did that😁
I would come back.

We were here from out of state for a conference. The rooms were very nice. The staff was super friendly with lots of local restaurant suggestions. It's super close to the airport and they have a shuttle service. I would definitely suggest staying here when your in town for a visit.

I do seminars all over the country, and often use Marriott. This venue was wonderful! The staff really went above and beyond to make sure our every need was taken care of, and they pulled it off like a well oiled machine! 5 star Service!!

Clean, well appointed and good location. I was most impressed with the staff: they acted like family. Alexis at the desk was so helpful with last minute dinner recommendations on New Year's Eve and cheery at breakfast the next morning. Now, Alfred, well he was also enough to make me want to come back to this hotel, even if it weren't the most convenient. Hard working, so polite and thoughtful! He made us feel like we were part of the family.

I can’t say enough good things about The Courtyard Marriott the whole staff truly went above and beyond with their customer service I was stuck In Orlando Florida with a delayed flight that kept getting delayed I didn’t make it in until 3 am the shuttle was there to get us in 10 minutes and they held our room. We were in bed sound asleep by 4 am! I can’t thank them enough and they answered the phone every time I called frantic and assured me I had nothing to worry about and I didn’t the staff really took care of me! June 24-25 Thank you so much!

This hotel is a quick 6 minute shuttle ride from the airport. We did need to call to request the shuttle, the people we spoke with were helpful and friendly. The front desk staff made check in quick and easy, which I was so grateful for having arrived at 1 am. They do have a small selection of food/drinks/necessities available in the lobby for purchase. Thats always helpful during travel. The room was clean and large, and had all the basics you'd expect as far as amenities. My absolute only issue was that the door to the room closes so slow behind you. As a woman, I'd feel much safer being able to close the door quickly behind me once I enter the room. Otherwise, everything exceeded expectations and I had a lovely stay! Oh, and no complimentary breakfast, in case that's important to your choice in stay.

I am writing this before my stay has finished as I am staying two nights but I wanted to say that I thought customer service was a thing of the past in the hospitality industry but it is not here. The front desk has been extremely helpful and professional. I felt like the people worked here really cared and that is amazing. The room is clean and comfortable. I look forward to continued satisfaction in the coming night and days and wanted to prematurely submit this review. Thank you, Marriot Bonvoy. I am happy to be staying with you.

The Hostess Debbie and the bartender Mindy are amazing! My daughter had just turned 16 the week before and for her birthday we went to Florida. We had gotten back and she realized she had lost her purse. So I went to have a drink and chill for a few. Mindy was so sweet and listened and help look for Elyse's bag in the shuttle. The next morning I told her that the CVG police had gotten ahold of us that someone had turned in her bag. Mindy and Debbie got her a card,a stuffed animal and a resse cup for her sweet 16. What wonderful ladies they are! I will definitely be back!!

We were there for 3 days. Enjoyed watching the Reds all weekend. The hotel was 15 minutes from the ballpark. Great room and service 👌

Great place to stay. Only complaint is that there was no breakfast bar. Unfortunately it's only a matter of time 😕 before everyone else discovers the place 😕...

Beautiful facility with easy access to the interstates, local roads, and Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky Airport (CVG). The newly renovated space is very sleek and matches what you’ve probably come to expect from a Marriott brand. Very friendly staff. Loved the bed, but the pillows were a bit too soft/flimsy for my personal tastes. Great location in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, etc. will be a highly recommended location for anyone traveling to/through CVG and the surrounding area.

This hotel is completely remodeled and it shows. The beds are very soft and come with a down comforter. The front desk staff is super nice. After check-in, the gentelman cam around to my side and showed me where everything was without asking him tomorrow the pool is a little small but has nice furnishings. The only thing I would change is the AC unit. The fan doesn't stay on at night and when it turns off it is very quiet. Uncomfortably quiet.

Check in was easy, room was clean, love the convenience of the shuttle to the airport. The lady who ran the shuttle dropped me off and picked me up from the airport. She was a pleasure to speak to and was on time getting me to and from the airport . Traveling is always stressful but I have to say that the courtyard Marriott here came through and made it a pleasant experience! Will definitely be returning for my next flights out of Cincy.

I was there for a birthday party at the pool. The facilities were well maintained and it was clean. The chlorine smell was strong but that is to be expected at a pool. The staff was happy to help us with clean up, etc. Very friendly, would do it again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at the Courtyard recently because we live outside of Cincy and booked an early trip abroad from CVG and had a really great experience; the staff, facilities, and shuttle were all excellent additions to our stay and made our experience wonderful!

We arrived at the location pretty late in the evening prior to our flight and easily checked into our room which was very nice and comfortable. I have seen the prior reviews about renovations and poor service and can easily say that was not our experience. The renovations are complete and a wonderful touch, staff were kind and response. We were very comfortable.

The shuttle was timely and took us to and from the airport for our trip. I called the front desk two hours prior to our hotel stay (roughly 6 hours before our flight) and “reserved” our spot on the shuttle very easily, and followed the same process for our return flight (which landed at midnight). The shuttle runs 24 hours a day, every 30 minutes to two Marriott properties and the staff was very flexible and kind. We were instructed to call when we had our bags and the shuttle would be sent. It arrived within 15 mins of contacting the front desk. I highly recommend this property for folks traveling to and from CVG.
