Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ogden, an IHG Hotel

I had the best check experience that I have ever had at any hotel. There was no cart to take some medical equipment to my room. The front desk found a cart assisted me to my room. She was so professional and she made no judgdment. She was efficient and sincerely helpful after a long day at work and travel. A small act of kindness goes a long ways.

Rooms were clean and they allow dogs! I would stay there again. My only complaint is they were redoing the parking and I had to park out where the semi's park. Thank God I had both my guns and a large dog! It was out in the north forty and it was dark!! The room and the service were great!

They were very accommodating to my wife and I. I lost both room keys while out on the town and they were replaced for free. We needed an extra hour before checking out and it was granted. The room and bathroom were very clean and fairly spacious. They had quality shampoo and body wash in big bottles. I came late to breakfast and there was still plenty of fresh, warm, and delicious food and the lady working the dining room was very friendly. Definitely would recommend.

Friendly staff, Good breakfast options, quiet, clean, pet friendly for $25 fee. Our bathroom lighting was dim, almost like mood lighting, but it was manageable.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels and this one had BY FAR the ABSOLUTE KINDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! Everyone - from the front desk worker, to the housekeeper, to the Lady working the continental breakfast- they ALL went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and make sure all our needs were met! We will 100% be staying here again. :)

Excellent and helpful staff. Convenient location to where we needed to go and all of ammenities we needed for a nice stay. The morning was a wonderful hott continental breakfast and hot cookies baked at 7pm every night. Fun tradition. 5/5

Confidential breakfast had a diverse spread. Trish was working to make sure everything was well stocked and everyone was enjoying their meal. Her friendly and welcoming attitude helped these travelers start our day with smiles on our faces.

We were on the main floor, right across from the swimming pool. We planned an overnight stay for a family event that was going on so instead driving all the way from Salt Lake to try and make an event early Sunday morning, booked a room for overnight.
The staff was so friendly and kind. The breakfast was so bomb! The hours of swimming the kids got in was just what Dr Mom needed for her family.

Not many gluten free choices for breakfast. But the room was big, bed was comfy, and the spread for breakfast was great. Complimentary toiletries. The staff was awesome. I had some administrative stuff I needed to do, print, cut, staple, etc. They had everything I needed, no added cost, and the staff were smiling and happy the whole time. My family ( there were 6, 3 kids, of us and a dog) can be high maintenance and they never once looked annoyed. Easy to find. Good location. Lots of parking for RVs or trucks n trailers.

The room was clean, very nice, coffee machine, ironing board & iron, fridge, great TV reception, nice breakfast, all around good place to stay.

Clean, comfy and modern! We stayed here with our dog for one night in a pet room and found it nice. The walls were a bit thin - We could hear the alarm clock next door and dogs howling/barking at times...but it’s all good. We were just thankful to have a comfy room to stay in that allowed our dog. Overnight it was quiet.

(2 adults and one infant)We stayed here for a little over a month and it was a great experience. Despite COVID-19 they had a good breakfast takeout style where you went up to the door and told the girls what you wanted. Hot breakfast, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, breads, yogurt, juice, fruit and coffee. The pool was nice, clean and maintained. The rooms were clean and the ladies do a great job. There is a washer and dryer which was a plus. The entire staff were friendly, kind and accommodating. Thank you for the great hospitality. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Staff is excellent very clean rooms tv ok no hallmark channell tho otherwise excellent sparkle bathrooms breakfest is all fresh

This Holiday Inn Express was fantastic!!
From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly and the entryway was welcoming and clean.

Our rooms were spacious, clearly updated and very inviting. The bed linens looked pristine and cozy.

We slept very well, and felt secure.

The breakfast was ample and reminded me very much of what you would pay more for in a more expensive hotel. It included a nice coffee bar, healthy food, baked goods and even Cinnabon. I was very happy that they had options that I could eat, considering I’m on a very strict diet that can be difficult to follow while traveling. I had the egg white omelette and the turkey sausage, and coffee (which was quite smooth). On top of that the tables and furniture were set up in a way that made you want to eat there.

It was a lovely experience.

Pros: room was nice size and modern. They offer breakfast buffet and not just a bag of cheap carbs as some in other states set out for you to take.

Cons: the pool area needs some serious attention. Fitness room online showed a universal machine which they did not have. Pictures should match actual site. Thank God there was a planet fitness near by.

The staff was friendly when we checked in. The breakfast staff was awesome. They helped us out with the different areas. And they were fun to talk to while we did it. Also our room was clean and neat when we came and the our needs were met. I wish the pool was a bit warmer though but that didn't stop my kids from having fun.

Front desk was welcoming and friendly. She made it aware that internet was down, which was not a problem. Rooms were clean. Only complaint, another guest was given a key to the room I was in. Regardless, still a great hotel.

We stayed the first weekend in May and everything was perfect. I took a swim with my daughter and when we got out of the pool the young lady at the front desk had fresh baked cookies. Breakfast was wonderful. If your in Ogden this is the place to stay. Oh yeah and they are pet friendly.
