I have been going to this branch for over 10 years. The tellers are so polite and kind. Lorraine is such a treat. I normally use the drive through. It get's pretty busy but I know they are doing their absolute best doing peak hours. The older I get the less of a hurry I am in. Thanks to each of you. You're appreciated.

I’ve banked at many places and this chase is by far the most personal and helpful! Courtney and Jorge are amazingly helpful and Evan is one of the best managers I’ve ran into at a chase bank. You won’t regret using this chase for all your banking needs!

My account was closed due to fraud, and Nubya was there to assist my needs to the full extend and really made me feel cared for as a customer. She has a great and cheerful attitude which is really needed during these hard times with Covid-19 and certainly knows her banking information. If only I could give this place zero stars, I went in today to open up a checking account and called before to make sure they take walk ins. Waited for almost 2 hours to be told they aren’t doing walk ins anymore because they got too busy when there was literally no one there just me and another lady and opening up an account takes 10 mins. There was also no one that came up to me and I was ignored the entire time I sat on the couch, please do better if y’all only do appointments to open up a checking account that’s fine but don’t tell people y’all take walk ins when you don’t, hope y’all do better in the future because this was a horrible experience and waste of time

Came in to.close account and the manager told me to call and do it. Well Mr Mgr I came to the bank to close it. Me and another customer were waiting to be seen and someone else walks in and he helped them first. Come on Chase. This is twice in 2 weeks I'm have issue with your reps. Julie Reynolds stepped in and was very helpful. Mgrs should not eat cupcakes during business hrs. People like Julie are helpful.

It's hard to be as bad as Wells Fargo, but you are neck and neck with them. The lobby is still closed, your employees hate you, your customers hate you and you won't even try to better yourself. I waited 50 minutes in your drive through line on Saturday, and 25 minutes on Tuesday. Flagstaff business men and women depend upon banks in order to function. You have become a cog in the wheel...a major roadblock for this country to move on. Your customers have lost faith in you and this will be impossible to get back.

I am encouraging everyone to keep a large amount of cash on hand, because it will be IMPOSSIBLE to get what you need out of this bank or any other bank during an emergency.

If your lobby is closed one more day I am going to fire you. You didn’t even have a sign up for half the day yesterday and your door was just locked. Looked in the window and the people sitting behind the counter were just sitting down chatting. Went to the drive through and the line was so long i knew I didn’t have time to get in it. Do better or I will find a different bank

Completely unprofessional. Long lines with only 2 tellers working. Made an appointment to open an account and waited over an hour after my appointment time. Double checked on all required documents a day prior to appointment and still couldn't open it because a "newbie", so the lady says, misinformed me. Not a good place at all.
