They are absolutely excellent. We've used them a couple of times: once as a second opinion for a major repair (for my wife while I was out of town), which they recognized had been incorrectly diagnosed by the other shop and saved us hundreds by providing the proper (easy) fix.

Our other use was when we had a tire get destroyed, they worked hard to find us great replacement tires, for cheaper than anywhere else, and worked quickly (less than a day) to get them delivered and installed.

They are honest, professional, friendly and competitive on price. I'm glad I can rely on them when I'm traveling to take care of my wife's car without worrying that they'll mess with her or charge her for stuff she doesn't need.

I've been using Miller Bros for a couple years now and they are very thorough. We dropped our van off a before a road trip for a routine oil change. Not long after dropping it off, I got a call saying they found a nail in the tire, breaks were needing to be replaced, and a few other things. Our road trip is taking us through the mountains and about 1000 miles. Imagine loosing your breaks and blowing a tire coming down a mountain pass. I gave them the green light to do the repairs and expected they might need to keep it for a day or two longer. Later that day I got another call saying the vehicle was ready to go!

i have a 2018 awd honda crv that had about 65k NYC miles on it before i moved to STL, so i was thinking the brake pads needed a changing. i called, scheduled a drop off and got a decent quote for how much it would cost. i dropped of the car at around 815am, got a call around noon saying that the front brakes needed to be replaced, but the rear ones didn't need much attention at all at the moment. I was surprised by the honesty and courtesy. coming from new york, we don't get much of either from our mechanics. I told him that for ease of mind, I would just like everything replaced, as I have a young child and safety is a concern. I come by 3 hours later to pick up my car, and the price was a few hundred dollars lower than what was quoted which also surprised me. I was very happy about the whole experience, and definitely would recommend the miller brothers for your mechanic needs.

If you are looking for an honest mechanic, look no further. Honestly, we wouldn't have made it without their kindness. Our car broke down in the middle of the night on a trip from Denver to Baltimore and we just picked the most convenient location for our AAA membership. We were blown out of the water by Trey's patience, thoughtfulness, and generosity in discussing our options and giving us the best price! Miller Brothers Auto Service is worth way more than they charge. Their shop turned a nightmare roadtrip detour into a wonderful blessing on our adventure.

The whole team is very professional and honest. It's difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic, but these guys are. One day my clutch/trans blew out and Trey stayed on the phone with me for over an hour, while I was waiting for AAA, to try to diagnose the issue. He was very patient and understanding. I eventually brought my car here for repair and he took care of me like I was family. He sent me pictures of the broken parts and texted me everyday with updates. 10/10!

I've meant to write these guys a review for a while. I've been going to them for several years, and I can pay them the single most important compliment - they are honest and they care about customer loyalty. Best example: a couple of years ago the front end of my car began vibrating in a scary way, especially at high speed. The problem increased rapidly and I expected the worst. Miller Bros told me they found a loose bolt on my front fender and charged $45 for the diagnosis and fix. Imagine I'd taken it to a cheap franchise place. On other occasions they've told me the part was under warranty and sent me to the dealer because only the dealer could do warranty work, and Miller Bros charged me nothing. Enough said. I don't know if they're the cheapest and they'll always recommend the maximum servicing the same way your dentist tells you brush 3 times a day, but they won't press you to do work you can't afford. Their shop is clean and everyone there is friendly. Support local businesses in U. City!

Had my 6 month check up with all that that entails. . They are very thorough with everything. Explain everything and tell me what to watch out for. They also did my inspection to renew my plates. Very pleased and happy with them. When I drove home today my little girl was purring like a baby.

As a person with little car knowledge, I have found the people at this shop to be extremely honest and helpful. They always go the extra mile to help me understand what is going on with my car and what sort of options I have. I have never felt that I was being pushed into anything that wasn't actually necessary. They also work in a very timely fashion and keep me updated through the whole process. I prefer this shop over the well known dealership I used to use for everything from inspections to new brakes.

Kenny is the absolute best! I had a problem with my car that was caused by another automotive company out of town. The silver lining was that the company offered a warranty service for the parts they replaced.

I called Miller Brothers Auto and Kenny helped me set up an appointment and then took very detailed notes of the problems I was having with the car. They diagnosed and fixed the problem and was very patient in helping me file a warranty claim so that I would not have to come out of pocket on something I already paid for.

Then they provided a detailed description of what the issue was so that I could go back to the original automotive shop with evidence of the mistakes they made in my car.

They are a busy shop so there was a wait to get an appointment but their service was worth the wait!

Miller Brothers Auto continues to impress us with their service. We have been loyal customers for years. The most recent interaction was when the 4WD system on my 4WD pickup (which I rarely use) was acting up. I was receiving an error code (SERVICE 4WD) that can suggest some major issues. An online review suggested it could also be a grounding issue, a switch issue, or a host of other "gremlins". Kenny had a long discussion with me to make sure he fully understood all the parameters of the problem (how often the light came on, usage rate for various 4WD settings, etc.). I dropped the pickup off with fingers crossed. In just a few hours, I was notified that an analysis of the onboard computer, the switch system, and all the mechanical components revealed it was most likely just an intermittent problem created by the very low frequency of use. They also had checked and topped off all my fluids. What a relief! As always, a thorough diagnosis, discussion of what can be done and what you might want done, and a very fair price. It also feels great to support a family business in our community. Thanks, yet again, Miller Brothers!

UPDATE June 2021 I’ve written a positive review of this business before-and am writing again because besides being great in the mechanical and electrical automotive repair arena-Miller Brothers does Tires! When I was in for service on my SUV, I noted I was getting ready to do new tires. Trey immediately said-“we can take care of that for you!” He said he’d do some research for me about different tires so we could talk about finding the ideal tire for the type(s) of driving I do, my preferences for “ride”, speed rating, etc. and the value for the price. The next day he called and we discussed the three options he thought might work best and he shared lots of great information to help me arrive at a decision. The pricing on my selection was competitive with the “big box” tire stores and I knew the level of service Miller Brothers would provide across the life of the tires would be A+. The installation was superb (e.g., taking plenty of time to clean the wheels, get the valve stems perfect, proper balancing). Overall, a great job and I had the opportunity to support a great, local small business. Next time anyone in our family needs tires-they’ll be heading to Miller Brothers.

We've been taking our old Toyota Corolla to Miller Brothers for five years now, and when the newer car needs something this is where it'll go too. I trust these guys to tell me what's worth doing and what isn't. They're very scientifically minded and it's evident that they strive to provide consistent service across all their mechanics and through repeat visits.They haven't tried to upsell me or my wife on unneeded services, and when services are "optional," they're good at helping me make the decision based on my vehicle and usage. Trey has even given me a little advice on whether I should do a few things on my own. I haven't gone to the dealer in years.

Trey, Kenny, and their employees have done a good job with every repair for all of the work they have done for us over several years. It is also nice having a shop close enough to walk to so that dropping off a car is easy. But what really makes them a five start place is the fact that they take the time to get to know you, recognize you when you show up, and treat you like a life long friend.

One of the very best car repair shops in the St. Louis area. They are conscientious and make sure to fix the right problem. They have saved us money in the long run, even if some customers have thought they cost a little more. They are worth every penny.

I have gone to Miller Brothers for years. They are ALWAYS honest, fair, and care about making sure my car is in great repair. I won't go anywhere else as long! Truly recommend this great small business!

Just the best mechanics I’ve had. Super communicative, friendly, and explain things about why they’re asking or doing something. I’m moving away soon, and my biggest regret is I’ll have to find a different mechanic! Highly recommend!
