DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cincinnati Airport

We loved our stay here. Our flight was cancelled on a Saturday night around midnight, and amazingly, this hotel came through for us with a wonderful room for the next 2 nights and at a really good rate. The staff were very friendly, the location to the terminal was very close, and the hotel was very well maintained. We also had a nice view of the airfield from our room. Oh, the indoor pool was warm and inviting. If we ever pass through CVG again, we I’ll definitely stay here.

This hotel is the one my family and I continue to come back to. The staff is the main reason. Front desk staff goes above and beyond for everyone who stays. They have helped me countless times. Adonis, the waiter in the restaurant…he is exceptional! No one has ever connected with my 3 year old son the way he did this morning. From high fives, races in the hall, to his excellent service and his genuine care for us was WOW! Thank you Hilton CVG! Until next time…..

Super convenient location right by the airport. Plane landed late at night and the shuttle came right away. Robyn Dallas, an Assistant Manager, checked us in. Very professional and friendly and welcoming. And always love the warm chocolate chip cookies after a long flight.

Troy the shuttle driver and Amy up at the front desk are absolutely incredible. Such big hearts! The epitome of hospitality. I'm so thankful and I can't wait to come back! Thanks a bunch Troy and Amy!

My car battery died and the front desk and Carrie (office admin, blue highlights, super nice) were amazing. Carrie drove her car around, had other employees move their car to get to mine, and not only jumped it but TAUGHT me how to jump a car. Stood outside in the rain with me until we were able to get it moving. Wonderful staff that really go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you again!

Perfect for stay over before early morning flight. Great for parking as well with easy shuttle to and from the terminal

Nice hotel super close to the airport. Clean and new feeling. The food was good but a bit overpriced.
The constant running fan in 221 is not ideal for a good night sleep

I’ve come to always expect the very best at any Hilton locations and I’ve never been let down. This place was very well kept, clean with a great ambience. Staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and very reasonably priced. Breakfast always has great options and coffee is always hot.

Love the digital key and check in on your phone. Just arrive and go to room with your phone to unlock the door and relax. The one issue I do have is when they say vending area there’s no vending it’s just ice. I feel it’s a long walk to get back to the front desk to get a candy bar or a Pepsi. Would rather see the option for that on each floor.

I drove 3 hours to pick my girlfriend up from the airport before finding out her flight was being delayed by an hour and a half. The two gentlemen at the front desk let me sit in the lobby and charge my phone so I didn't have to stay in my car in the 30 degree weather wasting gas. They were very professional, courteous, and compassionate. If I ever need to stay by the airport, I will definitely be staying here!

So close to the airport you could walk. Shocked that I didn’t hear a single plane in my room! Amazing! Room was clean and very nice to relax in after a day of travel.

My husband and I cannot praise this establishment enough!! TOTAL PRAISE to Jalin, the Guest Service Representative. This young man went above and beyond...my husband and I arrived at midnight (late flight). Our reservation was mixed up. He ensured us that all would be well...,AND HE DELIVERED!! Note to Management...please ensure this young man remains with the Hilton Chain. You will NOT be dissappointed!!!

This is a nice place, not usually too busy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and large. The restaurant downstairs is pretty good, but unfortunately there isn't much else nearby for food. In spite of betting next to the airport, it's a quiet place. Fitness center is small but in good shape, I haven't used the pool, and there is no guest laundry. There is shuttle service.

Check-in was easy and the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable,the room was nice with a comfortable bed and good amenities. The hotel restaurant was a good choice for a late dinner after a long day. Good food and a friendly waitress. The location of the hotel is perfect for an early flight out and offers a shuttle service to and from 24 hours a day. Will definitely stay here the next time we fly out of CVG!

Stayed for a couple days part of official visit, calm place and nice to walk around, very walkable to/from Airport. Breakfast available in the first floor, the loaded omelet my fav. I forgot my backup hard drive and called up to report about it. They found it and sent it to me - Thanks to the great staff.

My flight plans had changed due to delays & this hotel was very helpful with accommodating my last minute travel changes. My stay was brief, but I was close to the airport for when things opened back up. Everyone was warm, welcoming & the hotel was nice & quiet for a good nights sleep. Usually a difficult task for me when I stay in a hotel. Thank You!

The location of the hotel and short shuttle ride made late night flying easier to arrive at CVG. The decorations in the lobby and bar area were a must see for any traveler.

Checkin/Checkout super fast and easy. Location is awesome for traveling thru CVG.
