Unable to get a hold of anyone responsible for the maintenance of a Colrain strip mall up keep. Visit a lot, watching it go down hill. Have common sense, and maintenance background. Parking lots lights out. Walk way lights out. A lot of the stores looking ran down. Walking past empty front for rent , you can see rain leaks, trash, ceiling tiles falling. Heating and cooling system problem in a lot of the stores. Bird nest in a lot of signage. When building and safety starts falling apart, so will the hard working clients that rent from you. Writing this not to condemn, but to help you reset your standards, to help yourself ,clients, and guest. Goodluck. A freind.
