Dianne Michael: Allstate Insurance

I just purchased Homeowners and Auto insurance from the. Dianne Michael agency and received excellent customer service from licensed Sales Producer Stacey Hafner. I had a ton of questions, and made several ( and I mean several revisions) to my desired coverages .Stacey was so accommodating and got every revised quote /new proposal to me in record time .she was very efficient . She had a tremendous amount of industry knowledge and I gain increase knowledge about insurance products in my interaction with her. The Dianne Michael agency provided a very competitive proposal with real cost savings over my current insurance provider. I'm a brand new customer but I'm looking forward to a great long term relationship with the Dianna Michael agency .

They are very quick to get get back to me. I needed a new homeowners policy very quickly as I was purchasing a new property and they were very prompt in writing up a new policy so that I could get approved for the loan. I am very satisfied with their level of service and knowing that I can depend on them when I need something right away.
