Thoro Clene did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. They were very careful with all of the corners and took their time to do a thorough job. Our carpets look great and we are very pleased. They confirmed our appointment, let us know that there was a slight time change and then followed up the next day to ensure that we were satisfied.

So here is our story, I came home after work to find we were getting our carpets cleaned. we had another company come out (chemdry) and they said the 200 cleaning we agreed to wouldn’t do anything unless we bought the pet treatment which was 100$ a gallon and we would need multiple gallons. We tried to just have some done but the carpet guy said it wouldn’t do much and things would still be the same after he was done. So we sent him home and called thoro-clean John came out next day we told him what our story was and he was happy to help we did have to add a per treatment but it was not the 600$ add on from the other place. Pulse he has done so much extra they are amazing and would absolutely recommend 100% don’t go anywhere else!

They arrived when they said they would. The person who cleaned the carpets was very personable thorough and careful. It was like a miracle that they could get the stains out of those carpets after years of not being cleaned. I was very happy with the service. We moved my mom to Assisted Living and we're cleaning out the house to get ready for renters.

This is my second time using Thoro-Clenes services. I am very happy. Option for pick up and drop off is fantastic for my larger area rugs. And easy drop off and pickup when I have smaller one offs. Cost is very reasonable.
