WOWI! The best customer service I can remember. In a world where customer service usually means being put on hold and talking to a robot, I was surprised when an actual person answered my call... and I was even MORE surprised when it was one of the company's owners. Howard took my call, answered my questions, solved my problem and followed up. This is a company that truly cares about each client and will make everything right. Even better, this sink is truly amazing. The highest quality and craftspersonship. I cannot believe how nice it is. It was shipped safely in a high quality wooden crate and as easy to install as a heavy sink can be! We will be back for all our housing needs. Howard and the Magnus team are a delight to work with and they have given us an heirloom quality addition to our home. Because they were so kind and helpful, every time I look at the sink I have such a good memory... oh, and it's the perfect size for washing a 9 lb. chihuahua! Thank you Magnus!

We ordered a copper bathtub from Magnus and it is absolutely gorgeous. it was delivered about a week later then expected, but that was a fed-ex issue. Mary with magnus customer service was awesome! from the time i ordered it to the moment it was delivered she was there for me.

Very easy to deal with! We ordered a kitchen sink for a remodel. The sink is beautiful, but there was a small issue with it. Magnus Home Products was very quick to resolve it for us.

Ordered 72 inch cast iron tub, faucet, and drain. Tech support before the purchase with Magnus and my plumber was outstanding ensuring we had correct measurements before slab was poured. After purchase, Mary at customer service ensured everything was perfect. Beautiful tub and wonderful company to do business with. Highly recommend!

The customer service was amazing.
They went out of their way to help me locate a part for my stand up tub faucet, even had their in house plumber call me back. Dave, saved me from having to replace my whole unit. It is so rare these days that a company does not just check a box on what they say they will do. Dave really went out of his way, and said it was just his job, but he made my situation so much better. And really did go beyond what I would expect. I will definitely get my future plumbing needs from Magnus, because I know they will do what they say and make the customer happy. Can't thank you enough!

What a Great company to work with. We just purchased a claw foot tub and it is beautiful! What is even better is dealing with all of the people there. Fantastic experience with the sales team when needed bathroom fixtures. They were very helpful with my questions. Worked with me to help decide on the correct size sink and toilet needed for a small space. Everything is installed now and so happy that I was able to get what I needed from Magnus Home Products. I will return when I'm ready to improve my other 2 bathrooms and kitchen.

I ordered a wall mount sink over the New Years holiday and expected it to take at least two weeks since it was coming by ground. Amazingly it came today in 3 days and its perfect. They even included an additional set of mounting bracket.

Bought a faucet for a new build and our contractors lost the handle. One call and they shipped a replacement handle for free, great customer service and my faucet is gorgeous!

Great customer service when an item arrived damaged but I could not tell it until I opened the packaging. Magnus refunded my money promptly. I will definitely be a return customer!

If you're looking for high quality and very reasonable prices this is your place. Employees are very eager to assist.

I bought a shower rod 84”. The description said it was sturdy but might need brace. Well folks, it really does need one and now I am stuck with a problem. Can’t find a solid rod in nickel to replace this expensive piece of junk.

Magnus delivered a wrong vanity than what I've ordered. I gave a one star because they did replaced it.

But the hassle that followed justify the recommendation not to purchase from them. Reasons: First, the project got delayed two weeks because of the mistake. Second, the nightmare began when they dictated how the vanity is to be returned.

Instructions such as:
- Flipped the 300 pound vanity onto the its top;
- Make sure to use a protector before strapping (this one really
irked me because I was pulling hair trying to have them explain
what kind of protector?
- Strapped the vanity down - take pictures and email the pictures;
- Strap the box outside - take more picture and send again email the pictures,
- Once all above instructions were okayed by Magnus, my husband and I waited at the project site for 8 hours for the freight to pick up return,
- After the pick up, Magnus is looking for some type of codes that
I should have asked the freight driver, which I knew nothing of or understood.

The whole process took 21 days of my life trying to accommodate Magnus. When I could have been more focus the bathroom remodeling.

I feel that all these instructions should have been clearly given at once and not dish out whenever a step is completed then another new instruction.

Magnus audaciously believed that we are idiots that instructions had to be dished out slowly to a child; they also think my husband and I are supermen capable of flipping a 300 lbs. vanity. They also believe that we are mind reader to know to ask for a code as the freight truck leave our premise.

Mind you the whole event started with Magnus" mistake.
