Yesterday we ate here and had a great experience! The food was brought out quickly, and was made how it should be made. When the staff wasn't taken care of customers, they were cleaning and sweeping and we're very friendly. 💗

I love TB. But today I ordered the Mex Pizza and was completely grossed out by the rancid tasting fried tortilla. The Mex Pizza used to be divine until they stopped……then started making them again. TB, please change your tortilla vendor! These tortillas suck!!
Also, that guy working the drive-thru IS totally hilarious.

Phenomenal food, the dream team kills it every time I come here. Haven't had better Taco Bell at any other location

I cannot tell you how many Taco Bell’s disappoint me, but this is NOT one of them. They were super fast, got my order correct, and didn’t skimp on the meat. This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten at!! Thank you!

There’s a guy working the drive thru that is always so friendly and happy and it’s honestly such a breath of fresh air in the industry! Such a cool guy! And the food there is always right and done well! The nacho fries are soooo seasoned and good compared to the other locations nearby! Honestly go here just for the friendly staff! Keep it up guys, we see you <3

This place is upbeat accommodating in one of the best Taco bells in the area

The rolled chicken tacos were over cooked and I couldn’t bite the ends off. I asked for the red sauce and they have me 10 packets of mild.

Great order!! Perfect! It does not happen often with these apps but tonight we hit the Jack pot! Called the store to let them know that we we’re pleased with our order. Want to give a shout out to Latonia manager for great service!!

Pretty slow, but at least they still have a dollar menu (which actually has stuff for $1), which is rare for Taco Bell nowadays. Had a long wait and the manager offered me a free drink to make up for it.

The Shrewsbury location did an AMAZING job. Many Taco Bells can be hit or miss but this time it was great! Everything was accurate and the burritos were filled well.

First of all, I went through the Drive Thru to order my food. Secondly, I wanted to fill out this survey to give a shout out to Jasmine! I went to Taco Bell 029672 at 7237 Watson Road, Saint Louis, MO 63119. Partially due to the COVID Pandemic, it is difficult to find folks to work. What I really liked about Jasmine is that she pleasantly greeted me when I drove up to the Drive Thru! She was patient with me when I was trying to decide what to order! She definitely is a great employee worth singling out! I will definitely return! Thank you!

It's been a while since I've had Taco Bell. Had a really good experience, Toasted Cheddar Chalupa was really good (had a second one😋).

Cashier Yamesha's Customer Service was excellent. She was professional and responsive to each customers requests/concerns. It's obvious she enjoys her job.

The staff is friendly upbeat. Food is always good and never wrong! They almost always forget my spoon for my potato bowl lol

One of the best fast food spots near city, on your way home. Through covid has tried hard to remain consistent. Young people are earnest and kind. Have won my respect over and over...

So I ordered a new Party Nacho and when she handed us the very large rectangular box I looked at my boyfriend and thought what the heck did you order. It indeed was a super size nacho. I do think it was well worth the price thank you Taco Bell

Very friendly staff, there's a young woman who's name I never got that worked drive through she had too be no older then 19

Jasmine M. was a bright light at this location. She was the friendliest and most upbeat person I've ever had the pleasure of speaking to at a drive through. She really made my day.

Best Taco Bell I’ve had! I always stop by here after going to the nearby dentist. Quite the incentive. Food is fast, fresh, and perfect. I love chicken quesadillas but it’s hit or miss whether the sauce makes it into the quesadilla. They remembered it! 10/10

Does Taco Bell always seems to have good employees they are by no means ignorant they do their job and they're pretty fast at it as well
